Exactly. If RS is correct and Kaitlyn was feeling guilty and confessed "the deed" in an ITM, production all knew about it (and I assume his source is someone in production).

I've got to admit, I'm absolutely enjoying the massive explosion that this news has set off, because I was really not all that interested/invested in any of the main "players". So a total trainwreck of a season might be highly entertaining. And I never really bought Nick's righteous moral outrage/devastation at what tragedy befell poor innocent him in the FS at the hands of wicked Andi, so there's that too.

You also have to figure, she's been talking/FT-ting/e-mailing with Nick since January (according to RS, who I believe). So, if she was really THAT into him, she would have bowed out and never done The Bachelorette. She would never have made out with pretty much every single guy there. She would never have had sex with Shawn and Ben (according to RS, who, again, I believe). I think that she was VERY attracted and intrigued by Nick. I don't think that automatically means that she was in love with him.

I also think it would be pretty bad for her if she did pick Nick, just because everyone would be like "wait, why did you even do the Bachelorette? You were already in contact with him beforehand and didn't need the show to introduce you to him. Why didn't you let Britt have it?". I do still hope that she picks him, just because I love them both individually and want a happy ending for them, but I do think that IF she was that into Nick, she shouldn't have done the show.

Yeah.  I don't know which parts of it I don't buy yet - I'm open to any possibility at this point.  But the info Steve is putting out there either has some huge missing gaps or is just plain wrong, IMO.  As a whole story it doesn't make any sense - Kaitlyn is so into one guy she sleeps with him ahead of FS, he's in her F2, but she doesn't end up with him at all?  Also, seems Chris and Jared ( I think it's Jared on the bed with rose petals, IMO) make more of an early impression so how does Ben H get to F3 ?  And if he's F3, the usual next lead spot, why didn't steve mention him as a top Bachelor contender?  

Too many questionable things from RS this year for me to believe any of it, TBH.  I'm excited to just watch and see what happens or is sleuthed.

ETA - I usually believe RS and he does obviously get inside info. so I won't be surprised if his version of what happens turns out. Even so there seems so much to the story that a one liner of she picked no one doesn't cover - that's what has me interested. Also, maybe I am looking for a logical path through this and there isn't one with Kaitlyn, so then it all could make perfect sense that it doesn't make sense. Just feels like there is a lot that is unknown - accurate spoiler or not.

Nice to see you!! And yes, nicks hypocrisy is my very favorite part of this whole thing. He's unreal. I don't doubt they slept together but I just find how Steve talks hilarious.

Maybe RS spent some undercover time as an Ireland bidet? It would certainly account for his douchy personality.

But if she had sex with him prior to FD's why keep him until the f2?

I think she probably would've had sex with others earlier had the opportunity presented itself. Maybe the guys felt like it wasn't fair and tried to play by 'the rules,' and with Nick having experience on the show, he knew he could push the envelope a little. I also thinks he loves the attention and wouldn't be surprised at all if he told producers about it.

When you think about it, it's very sad. Funny as hell, but sad. Can you even begin to image him discussing this with other men?

Well they may tell RS somethings but not all the things. We will see. With her going on the bachelorette Nick was encouraging her and it was a chance for her to see if someone is out there for her she might have regret not going on to do the show.
