I agree. The description sounds like the sex happened with whoever got the the 1-on-1 in Ireland. Nick is the only one that got that.

I tend to think Shawn's just overwhelmed with his feelings for her and the fact others are getting to spend more time with her than he is.  He could've been upset she didn't give him the group date rose and get to spend more individual time with him.  So he goes to find out why and they both get emotional and just muddy things up instead of clearing the air.  They both seem a little emotional in the preview.  

As someone mentioned earlier, in one of the threads this is being discussed in, maybe the second visit is an apology or to explain he overracted and has no intentions of leaving, or he storms out only to realize he doesn't actually want to leave after all.  Who knows...I think any guess and thought process is as good as the other at this point.  Hopefully, we'll fit more puzzle pieces together as we get more previews this week.

Is it possible that the "secret" has nothing to do with seagate and has everything to do with elimination to 3... and fantasy dates BEFORE "hometowns" (which weren't in hometowns at all)? So the numbers will be reduced more than usual putting more pressure on everyone? All of the changes must have been planned in advance- production is too big a group to move without advance planning.

There's been lots of discussion about how the next episode could play out in the June 22nd epi description thread too, if anyone is interested. The full epi description is posted there too & it helps in trying to sort this dog's breakfast out.

I think Shawn is the sex guy because it said:

He has a meltdown and reveals an explosive secret that only he and Kaitlyn know.

 What is the secret that only he and Kaitlyn know?  That they had sex?
Also in the extra interview Kaitlyn said she did not regret what happened only the timing.  Would she say that if it was Nick and she ended up with Shawn? I think not. 

^^ wow there is already an element of crash & burn with K & S and Shawn doesn't even know about the pre-FS yet !! (if it indeed is Nick and she tells Shawn later on)

If they can survive the next six months outside the bach bubble, then they are solid for life I tell ya -- a lot to go through for a newly engaged couple!

Seriously. If they can weather Kaitlyn sowing her wild oats on national TV, they're here for the long haul. Good luck to them, I love watching them together, but I do hope Kait's frc speech included, "Shawn, I promise to never have Nick Sex again, amen."

Nick is not going to spill the beans...no way.  Nick has a very controlled demeanor...

Not to drag past issues into this season, but it speaks to his character which applies to this season.  IMO, last season with Andi, he said what he said purposefully in a controlled manner to bring out a vital point, his biggest "beef" with Andi - that in HIS opinion her actions did not follow her feelings.  It did not come out the way he planned, with the statement about "making love", but his emotions were very controlled, exhibited in how and what he said.  Being that he took such a bad wrap last year, I highly doubt he will venture into that arena again.

I took it more as the guy spills the beans to the cameras and the viewers.  I don't think the guys find out until much later and find out from Kaitlyn herself.

I agree. There's really only one guy that Kaitlyn is truly worried about losing and that's Shawn. I don't understand why she would be worried about what the other guys would think if she had sex with Shawn because IMO she doesn't really give a rip about anyone else.

Even if we question the validity of the spoiler, this in the episode description has to make one wonder:

A picture perfect day strolling through the streets of Dublin turns into a passionate night for the Bachelorette and one of the men, but will Kaitlyn’s actions have serious consequences when it comes to the other men?

because that fits so well if the spoiler is true.

Now consider the following:

Nick had his 1-1 the day before the GD
On the GD, Jared gets the rose and Shawn and the rest of the guys go back to the hotel while she goes to the concert
Nick is back at the hotel - along with Shawn and all the other guys
Kaitlyn comes back after her date with Jared to an upset Shawn who wants to talk

Does Kaitlyn (knowing she had sex with Nick the day before):
A - Trust that the "secret" is safe and that Nick didn't kiss an tell - or hint - and say nothing at all to Shawn?
B - Decide she can't risk making things much worse by not saying anything so she tells Shawn what happened the night before?
C - something else

Ok, you guys will probably think I am crazy, but this is what I think - I think that it was Shawn for Kaitlyn pretty much from the beginning. Nick was brought on to create a smoke screen for S and K AND to give RS bad spoilers.  I know that I am probably wrong, but I still think that Shawn is sex guy and that is why she says she didn't regret doing it, just regrets the timing. Ok, putting my rose colored glasses back on!
