Don't have much to add, but another view: Nick could have gotten the rose on that date and had SQT with Kaitlyn, as a result. They were both too dressed up for a sneak out.

Because they typically have 3 1-on-1 dates in epi.7, Shawn may have had a date of his own.

So many good options... It's hard to pick.  
BH, that does look like Hag's Head.  It's really hard to tell if it's Chris with Kaitlyn cause the shadows are so far away.  But it definitely could be.  It would be sad though to take him up there to such a romantic place and then send him home.
But there is a legend behind Hag's head.  The story goes that an old hag fell in love with an Irish hero and chased him across the country.  He tried to escape by hopping across sea stacks (rock stacks) near the cliff to get away from the Hag. Unfortunately, the hag lost her footing and was dashed off the cliff.  Sad story.  Maybe that is where it ends for Chris. The producers love irony.
If Chris's date is at the cliffs in week 7 then that would put the final overnight date in the mystery zone again.  That week seven.  I can see why RS was having a hard time with it. More sleuthing to be done.

Also good thought about Nick, JC.  I'd have to go back and figure out where the information is that spells out the timing of the Christ church cathedral date and the Nick and K fan sighting. I thought they were on the same night? Which is why it was assumed that Nick had the cathedral date.  I think that Nick would get dressed up to see K even without an official date. Especially since that was his first 1:1 time with her since officially joining the show.  Gotta dress to impress. :cutesmile!:

I'm not sure I've fully caught up, but I wanted to ask a question that was raised in my mind from OnePromise's post a few pages back...particularly what I've quoted below. This assumes that RS is correct that Nick is the one who slept with Kaitlyn before the FDs.

Week Six: Dublin, Radisson Blu St. Helen's
Guys: 9 to 6
(SC of hotel) Shawn, Joe, Ben H., Tanner, Nick, Dr. Chris and JJ
(Other Dublin photos) Jared and Ben Z.

1.) 1:1, Christ Church Cathedral & Cranberries concert - Jared (gets rose)

I think that Nick pulled a fast one and visited K after Jared's date leading to his own mini 1:1 where they talked for a bit in the hotel room holding hands (SC of Radisson Blu) and then were seen walking around town by sleuthers late at night.  RS reported that Nick had the Church date, but that doesn't fit as there are SC of Jared on that date.  It also doesn't fit to put Jared's date the next week because they will have left Dublin to travel to Killarney already.  I think Nick wasn't getting enough time with Kaitlyn and took his chance to see her outside the "rules". Would explain why a few guys have said that he broke lots of rules.  Good old Nick.  Questionable Sex could have happened here, but it seems quick give that he has not even had a true 1:1 yet.  And if they aren't the couple having sex, he could be the slow and steady K talked about wanting.  Just my thoughts, biased of course towards Nick.

Is it possible that Nick and Kaitlyn were able to sneak out without TPTB's knowledge? I once recall Jillian stating that she snuck her friend Carol into her apartment/hotel room (?) in Vancouver during filming so she could talk about the guys (maybe my memory is faulty, but I think that's what she said). Is the only evidence that Nick and Kaitlyn got this extra time is from a fan photo? Is it possible that's how Kaitlyn and Nick were "caught"...by TPTB monitoring SM? Once it was found out, TPTB confronted Kaitlyn on camera. Hence, part of the reason she was so broken up in her PI. She was caught off guard. TPTB were angry and the questions for the PI were more accusatory than friendly.

That's what has me struggling. In the cap where Kaitlyn says she has sex (some speculate spoken to CH and I agree), she is calm...no shame in her demeanor. Her recent interviews show she is a woman comfortable with her sexuality and is unapologetic...so why the huge meltdown in filming? Was is more about getting confronted for potentially ruining the show?

Wild theory...but I thought I throw it out for discussion. The bottom line for me is Kaitlyn's behavior during that PI doesn't feel consistent with her expressed views on sex...so I'm confused.

(sorry I just bolded instead of snipping the entire post, the parts that I have a huge issue with also).

The two events i.e. her meltdown on screen vs the time she came clean and her take during the interview process don't align at all.

It was my understanding that Nick and K were seen by the fan on the night of the cathedral date with cameras following them and saw them kiss. That would imply that the meeting was not in complete secret.  However if they did have sex later that night, it would have to have been without production knowing.  (If we are to believe that it is not fully scripted.)
This is the reason that I am not fully convinced it was Nick that K had sex with.  Just because we saw K open the door to her room and let a guy into her room at the Radisson Blu and then cry about it later, doesn't mean that it was about sex.  She just says that she feels bad, but not what she feels bad about.  The only time she talks about sex is during the conversation in the brown leather chair, which we still can't place in time or location.  The preview is designed to decieve so it will be interesting to find out the full truth, well at least according to the producers.

I rewatched the preview and the only thing she says while in the grey sweater which is tied to the guy getting let into her room is, "I made a mistake.  That doesn't make me a bad person." She could be talking about anything and anyone.  I don't think that the tears are from the sex stuff at all.  I think that K is still pretty confident in her thoughts and feelings about sex.  If she had sex with Nick and was that torn up about it, I don't think that she would have kept him around and be so excited to see him at their next date in Kennedy Park or making out with him so closely in the SC with her white lacy dress and his silver ring.  
So I agree with you Litta.  I think that the way the preview was clipped and spliced together gives an inaccurate representation of how K actually reacted to the sex information being revealed.

if you're referring to the same fan sighting which was posted on this board it was during the day in dublin not at christchurch unless I missed something

The poster (evo) said she saw Nick and Kait around 4:00 PM the first time ( St Stephen's Park) then around 5:00 PM in Grafton St. They were wearing daytime clothing, not the dinner attire. Plus RS said it was Nick's 1 on 1 that day. This all happened Monday April 6th. They arrived in Ireland on Sunday April 5th.

Beagle, thanks for bringing that forward. That makes me feel a lot better about Nicks date with Kaitlyn.  So we're there three or four dates that week?
1) 1:1 nick
2.) group date at Guinness
3.) 2:1 joe and JJ
What day were the fans seen taking pics with K and Élan outside the church? That would have been Jareds date then? Was that part of week 6 or 7?
