GuardianAngel, I flipped these pics horizontally so you can see the guy as he would appear facing us.  

His hair and features look a lot like  Tanner Tolbert who has not re-surfaced on SM yet.  Searching through his IG account his hairline resembles the guy above.  Not convinced it is Tanner but others may want to look too.

 

I think you may be right, MiniDiva. It does look like Tanner.

Whoever he is, I find it amusing that production decided to film by a "recruiting station".  Yes, now that you point it out, I think he could be Tanner.

I think his smile and hairline looks the same. Of course it could be someone we haven't seen. I remember in Ben's season we didn't see Courtney until fairly far into the season, when they were in Puerto Rico I think.

It sure looks like Tanner to me!

According to RS, Tanner was on the rap GD.

Same here!  His hair style seems the same and a bit different from current styles but there is something different with all the pics of Tanner.  The guy in the photo is clean-shaven.   Who ever it is, I like this shot of Kaitlyn with one guy and they both are smiling and having a good time.
