San and Diana for the great still pics.
How can anyone look at those ATFR pics and say this is not a couple in love.

I love all of the still pics San and Diana kindly provided us. My favorites (although so hard to choose because they are all great) are the ones of Chris' face when he is on one knee proposing- really captures the emotion in his face.
Could be just my interpretation but his voice changed a little at the moment he said "will you marry me", and I thought the voice change reflected how emotional he was at the magical moment.

Try the abc website.Sprite wrote:San...I've been looking but I can't find the picture of them sitting in the barn window. I have the close up that you have, but I want the long shot with the barn included. Have you seen that one? If possible, I would like to get that photo if you could. You are much better at finding these than I am.

They watched the hometown episode together.
Why does everyone think just because they don't have a date set they are doomed? Last I remembered most of the couples that set a date ended up breaking up anyway.

From that article, Chris on Whitney moving to Iowa:
“I think she’s looking forward to it,” says the small-town millionaire, who operates a family-owned farming business. “I think it will be a transition for her, but her job has changed in a way that will allow her to work from anywhere. So that’s a big deal. Her being able to keep her career and have that is a big positive in making things work for her. That was my main concern.”

I agree. I can't remember a couple that announced the date at ATFR or within days thereafter.
I am reminded of a saying used when I had premarital counseling: " A wedding is a day, a marriage is a lifetime." Chris and Whit are very realistically focused IMO on both making the adjustments that will build a lasting relationship where both have their needs met. Maybe not as "romantic" as rushing to plan the wedding that lasts a day, but far more realistic in preparing for a marriage that will last a lifetime
