I don't believe he has ever specified Chicago. Correct me if I am wrong. He had said he and F1 would split their time between two places. Since the majority of posters are pro Whitney as final one it was probably interpreted as Chicago and since most are forgetting to add IMO or JMO when their post is their belief not something proven to be fact as it gets read and reposted opinion seems to becoming almost to be seen as fact.

This is my interpretation of why it makes it seem like he had said split time between Arlington and Chicago.

IA that Chris has stated that he's willing to makes compromises regarding the living situation. He has never specified what cities he was talking about or even what those compromises were. He is open to options is the way I understand it. He has never said Arlington and Chicago because if he had we would know definitively who F1 is. We won't know that for sure until Monday. JMO.

Four things I learned while interviewing the new Bachelor, Chris Soules:
1. He is "in love." And doesn't need to put any qualifiers on it. He swears he is "happy" with the girl he chose.
2. He is living in Iowa, but sure sounds like he's gearing up for a life in two states! "I have a business with my mom and dad so I have flexibility," he told me. "There is a workable scenario where I can basically live in two places."
3. The most important thing to him in a woman is...drumroll please...the almighty "sense of humor". (Maybe the girl who asked him to "plow my field" was actually on to something?! Or on something? Hard to tell.)
4.  He can put an exact number (kinda) on the odds that he will be married in one year.

It's amazing how others can see stuff. I hear what you are saying, just like I can't see Chris being in love with Whit at all. I see him so gung ho about Becca and I do see it with her. I think what's going on with Becca before is because she's never felt that before, never felt like someone was all in with her that she's really unsure of how to equate that. IMO, the chat with Mamma Soules will straighten that out and she will realize exactly what word applies to what she's been feelign for a long time with him. In epi 3 it was so obvious that her interest in him was really peaked, then in epi 5, when they sat down for some alone time, you can tell that a whole lot more happened in that time than that little glimpse. Then in epi 6, they were gone all day and night, then the epi 7 in Iowa and of how she spent so much time with Chris that wasn't on film. Why would that of happened if Chris and her hadn't wanted it to. There was no reason for them to be out with the crew unless there was a whole lot more happening between Becca and Chris than what the producers want us to know about. They are sure keeping the C/B connection hidden....F1 edit y'all?
