I just googled them and they sell scarfs so I have no idea what Andi will be doing for them.

Makes sense a start up company would want a recognizable face but perhaps can't afford a more expensive recognizable face. Andi fits their needs for a recognizable face, and with a start up, Andi can get her foot in the door for starting to pursue a design career. Sounds like a win-win for both.
