Bachelor 19 - Becca Tilly #4

I was spoilt pre-season because I read RS and I watched only W and C dates (fast forwarding everything else) and just didn't see "it" between them. She was more into him than he was into her, IMO. Even the one with them taking photos Iowa especially seemed so forced. That's when I started giving Kait and Becca a long hard look. Went back and watched the first weeks and I saw it with Becca. All that aside, i then wondered if they duped RS again and decided to start paying more attention to blogs for CH and they all pointed me right back to W.  I was disappointed because I really felt a little let down. I am just not seeing they way I did with Becca, IMO. But oh well. We will find out soon enough I guess.

K now lets get to Becca. We all No now she says she's all in and is 100% and that her hearts feeling that she might be in love. Now remind you she has never had this feeling befor. We know C has. So that has me thinking that she likes this feeling of being in love with Chris and that she has made her choice. We can probly assume that C told her in the FS told her what the feeling of being in love and what has gone on in his past. May have caused her to put up the wall. He probly put it all on the line. He prob. Said something along the lines if you really if your falling in love with me I have said multiple times why won't you just tell me you love me not falling But love me. I truly beleave he hasn't fallen in love with Becca but THAT he is IN LOVE with her. Now mind you this all JMO on all this. After all the post that I have seen you all have posted the VOs ect. Sorry but it can't sway me to think she is F2 the only way is if she walks. The chemistry is there, his heart and hers are there. You can see and hear it in her voice that she has made it that she IS in love with Chris. And C is on the same page. JMHO.

IMO, I think that TPTB are trying to make us think it's that F1 Whitney so the attention is taking away from the dark horse )becca). Why are they trying so hard to push the idea of Whitney on us.

I didn't fully read that tabloid article, but from what I'm getting from here I really do hope that Becca is realistic and just 'doesn't feel it' for him, because I for the life of me do not get why she would want a man that would have slept with all three of them without knowing much about them at all and to give up so much in your life for his ego.

Of course, the show will treat her as they do all that are not 'The Winner' and that's like she was dumped and never existed other than as 'The Virgin'.

IMO, I think that TPTB are trying to make us think it's that F1 Whitney so the attention is taking away from the dark horse )becca).  Why are they trying so hard to push the idea of Whitney on us.

For many of us this season reminds us a lot of Brad 2.0 and Des.  I haven't felt this way with any other season but Brad2.0.  I was totally duped by Des's season, but I had no doubt the spoiler was right for JPG and even though I adore Nick and liked Andi better with him, I believed that spoiler too.  This season I really wanted to love W&C just like sfrank and watching them I just didn't see this great connection/love that most others saw.  I am with sfrank.  I saw her push and him somewhat play along.  Even the mural to me add to the spoiler.  That mural could be any of his women, it is so generic, but to some it is the huge romantic gesture and they are sure Chris picked it just for her.  Chris's actions all season have been attributed to TPTB pulling strings, unless it is Whitney, then of course it was all his choice.  Sorry, it TPTB pulled to the strings that much they were doing it with Whitney's stuff too. JMO.

it's odd, to me they are trying to show Becca as F1, putting a lot of chemistry in, and showing Whitney as too sure. The average unspoilt viewers I chat to are all sure he will pick Becca due to chemistry and how tender he is with her, but think Whitney is a "smart" choice. As they are romantics, they think smart is better in the long run but tender is more watchable.

Great post, Sophie. I was going to say as well, I think the edit is pushing Becca's chemistry with Chris which usually means F2.

I agree with you Happy about the Dark horse thing. A dark horse means a horse that can unexpectedly WIN. They are trying to keep ppl focused on W. I like Beccas story it just seems less staged. And everyone loves a great love story. I'm sure the FR will be putting a lot of ppl in tears. in any out come.

Right and even Brad 2.0 (and to an extent Des) gave us  major clues re: F1 and they were plenty, believe me. The blogs and everything else just seems to bolster everything we know now about who the F1 really was during those seasons. That was the point I am trying to make early -- when I look at everything in aggregate (blogs, tabs, interviews, etc.) they don't led me back to Becca, whom I love. For example, Chris kept telling us that Brooks was "unsure" and "wishy-washy" and Chris "was the one Des needed" and lots of us were set on Brooks (myself included).
I didn't want to see it.

But if the TPTB hold with traditional we'll get out next clue tonight during bloopers (F1 always heavily featured) and then their's the twitter image change which typically happens in the lead up to the finale.

I think the B&C connection started from the M&G. He followed her with his eyes as she walked to the Mansion. Like most people I didn't give it a second thought as I had already read the spoilers. But I just didn't/don't see C & W's connection whereas B&C's connection is palpable, so therefore only going by what has been shown I still feel B is going to be F1.

Yes, consistently the F2 each season is heartbroken. For there to be believable heartbreak, they had to have built up the passion / chemistry / seemingly in loveness. But at the same time, Whitney would be totally heartbroken is she is F2, as well as Chris if Becca is not ready at the end. IMO, the producers have outdone themselves this season, in creating a season which, considering the spoiler and the edit, would produce an ending that is going to be a shocker no matter who wins. Becca fans are going to be shocked if she is F2. and Whitney fans are going to be shocked if she is F2. I really think this is planned, and it's amazing.
