I could see Whitney walking away. I think her issue would come when she finally sees Arlington and the realization hits her that she would be giving up a lot to live there. She could also feel concern that Chris couldn't be as in to her as she felt he was if he kept Becca instead of sending her home.

That is her ex-boyfriend... not sure if you were being sarcastic.

I think her fan base would not be interested in seeing her as the Bachelorette. It isn't romantic. The Notebook story line they have presented this season doesn't jive with B as the next Bachelorette. Whitney on the other hand would make a great one. And maybe if she is the one who left they got her started on time with her season. Would explain her being silent on SM for awhile... I actually think this may be the more plausible thing... she went in knowing the show in and out. She knows how it all works very very well. Becca does not. W could easily make herself look like she is SO in love with Chris (even though their body language doesn't support it) and she is ready to move to Arlington and give up her job after what 5 dates that had other people around? I just don't buy it.

I honestly don't think Whitney has ever been considered for next lead, mainly due to her voice. If you've been on the fb group, thousands of people have complained. Doesn't bother me, but the jokes are bad...

I TOTALLY think that Whitney is the one who walks away... right into the next Bachelorette position. She all along has said she has a goal of getting a rose, knows how the show works inside and out, knows exactly what to say... I was seriously questioning whether or not it was possible that ABC planted her there all along to throw off the spoiler sources in return giving her the Bachelorette job for next season. Call me crazy but I have been feeling this for awhile now. Every date with her was super staged, involved other people, was all about her, nothing about Chris. Their body language was not at all the same as Chris with the other girls. Something about it just seemed TOO smooth, too rehearsed...

I totally agree. It's when she sees Arlington. Hence, her pondering while sitting on the sofa staring out the window. It's hitting her what she's getting into. But at the same time, there's the ITM where she's crying and worried about losing Chris. idk

A lot has changed since night 1. She really hadn't had time to think and reflect on how he feels about Becca. Me thinks she's slowly getting it though. As I said earlier when no one responded, that is not what she signed up for when she wanted to make babies on night one! I just think if you read the article word for word and not insert your own feelings...it's not so cut and dry. They lead you to think it's Becca that walks BUT they never said that. Becca is the logical assumption, though... right? Yes, they could have worded things differently but that doesn't sell mags and lead to more talk around the water cooler. Just look at this thread in the last 20 minutes. LOL

I know, isn't that weird?! They dated 4 years, off and on, long distance. But she was in San Diego when he was in LA on the Voice.

IMO I think US Mag is just speculating and the source's are RS and this is forum. If and a BIG IF C chooses W, I feel bad for her. If I were F1 I would want my love story to be told not F2's and the love story I'm seeing is C and B!!

ITA, the reason they knew all about Andi and Josh because RS had it on his forum, also the video of Nick was all over internet and his letter.
They have a hard time guessing when the F1 is not spoiled, like Chris and Des, and now Chris and Becca. I still think she is F1. Too many evidence for her.

These producers are like geniuses, aren't they? To create 2 storylines that are so different, yet overlap, to the point that this article to apply to both! Amazing!
