But it sounds like she's on the receiving end of this patient love "these days". If there was no heart then I might take it as a general statement, but the heart after it makes it seem like she's in love.

I don't know about the BIL, but her brother retweeted the "luckiest man alive" tweet, and favourited(hate typing that!) the "Chris Soules is in love" People mag tweet. Both are still there.
