Andi Dorfman & Josh Murray - Bachelorette 10 - General Discussion #3

Sorry to probably rehash what has been discussed upthread repeatedly but now that we know that they were on the outs during the premier it makes her reactions ridiculous.

The way she was play acting and pretending to be all cuddly with him while he stood stiffly at her side seems hilarious now. Plus he kept looking around as though he wanted to bolt. Pretty sure he wanted to mix and mingle and had the proverbial ball and chain around his ankle all the while.
Did anyone even see him talking to his friends there ?
Andi was never a fav for me and particularly after her stunt in the FD with JP and then with Eric my tolerance of her went down to a negative. Therefore IMO this was just a matter of time happening. Obviously it is not all her fault but I do get the feeling that Josh would have been an angel if he was able to make it to the long haul.
BTW - I am not of the opinion that if Andi had chosen someone else (say Nick or any of the other guys) it would have been easier for them. I do believe she need to revamp her mindset and soften up a bit.
Now I am waiting to see how the breakup is handled in the media and by tptb.

On the bold, yep!!! The moment the CH interview was over, he immediately headed towards a group of guys, Andi grabbed his arm and leaned down to fix something and he didn't even glance at her. It was probably stuff like that- Josh sick of her and Andi acting manic and ragey in retaliation- that made all their other issues totally unmanageable imo.

Yes I agree. CH (and the producers) will find a way to tell the story.
Now I am dying to see the reactions during the story.  Bachelor breakups are almost as entertaining as the love stories during the season.


Kasha - the possibility of Andi 2.0 will depend on how she handles the questioning when it finally does take place.

I'm sure it will just be a CH and Andi sit down "tell all" thing. We may never get to hear Josh's side of the story

Josh and Andi were obligated to be at the premiere via their contract, this we are pretty certain about.  But there are claims that they put on this front to get a paycheck, and I don't think they did get paid for that appearance.

I agree that Andi seemed over the top that night, and Josh played along even if he did seem uncomfortable. But really, I feel like we should cut them both some slack here. If any of us were having relationship issues and were put on the spot like they were, I wonder if we would have come across any better.

Yes, they could have possibly had a more rehearsed response to the wedding questions, but the fact that they didn't leads me to believe that their break-up may not have already been set in stone. They didn't seem to have this master plan as to how to go about it which makes the situation a little more raw and genuine to me.  Andi is a very emotional person, she was on live TV and her relationship was on the rocks. It's pretty tough to be composed in that situation.

As for the bolded comment above, I played back parts of the premiere several times on my DVR and Josh was definitely mingling with friends, particularly Marcus, and was goofing off with Brian and Dylan in the background too.

It is entirely possible that they had not decided on a break up at that point but were having major issues.
Probably had a huge fight just prior which accounts for Josh being stiff and uncomfortable and Andi forcing things.

IMO if they had decided to split prior then they probably would not have even attended knowing that they would get the standard marriage related questions. Again JMO.

The sit down I'm sure is part of the plan. There will be a sombre looking CH, lights dimmed. No audience. Andi faking her way through, by that time no one wants to listen to her.

IA Bet - Everyone knew what was going on with these two. They knew there was going to be wedding questions, they were both so unprepared. OTOH maybe there won't be a sit down. How will they answer questions such as, you looked so happy on the red carpet, then screwed the viewers a few days later.

Kasha's got me paranoid. Andi has been off the radar for days. Last night we get a first mention of "having work done." Now, she suddenly resurfaces? Hmm...

It makes me sad if she's reading this board. That can't be healthy.

I have had suspicions that some relatively new posters might be her or someone close to her. She looks good there. I am not sure I would want to give that body up right now to pop out babies either.

I think it's just coincidence, she can't stay indoors forever. Her trainer posted the pic, I'm curious when she'll get active again on her own IG and twitter.

Good for her that she's out exercising. Looks like she's back with her old trainer, so maybe she'll be working out at a different gym than the one she went to with Josh. Probably best.
