@Norcalgal I had tickets within 5 minutes of them going on sale. Nothing like constantly refreshing ticketmaster website until "get tickets" pops up.

I was looking through all his tour dates and locations and noticed some concerts are called Rod Stewart One Last Time Live Concert. I'm not sure if that means he's not going back to those cities?

@GuardianAngel I don't follow him but I read his autobiography on a whim and thoroughly enjoyed it. He is far more than I ever thought.

A number of years ago, I read (famous former groupie) Pamela Des Barres's memoir, "I'm With the Band," and she had nothing but kind things to say about Rod. Apparently his great, humor-filled personality translates well to ...anywhere.  The movie based on Rolling Stone writer Cameron Crowe's experiences, "Almost Famous," features a groupie (played by Kate Hudson) that was based in part on Pamela, along with two other groupies of the era.

Anyone else keeping an eye on singer Chappell Roan's public meltdown? She's had a rather meteoric rise to fame, and isn't handling it well (she's going after fans who are trying to interact with her off-stage.) I understand not wanting the bat-guano crazy fan behaviors (stalking, touching, etc.,) but someone asking for a selfie? Girl, if you don't want to be recognized on the street then put your hair under a cap, wear large sunglasses, and put a hoodie up like every other celebrity.
