#tbt to a candid photo my mom took last weekend when we went to visit my grandfather. He's taken great care of me my entire life so this is my chance to return the favor. This precious girl Mya is so young and has already been through so much, what a sweet and brave little angel she is! She has had one heart transplant already and is living life to the fullest everyday, such an inspiration and what a blessing it was to spend a couple days with her and her family in Miami! #EnduringHearts #Courageous
