He is not following her. She is following him. If you click on his "following" she's not there,

If you are looking at Followers you know those are people following HIM that you are also following.

he is following her on twitter, and she follows him. I saw this earlier and now checked again. I was on Andi's twitter and Clicked on followers I know.

Yes, he is following her at least on twitter. He wasn't yesterday morning but when I looked last night he was again. If you scroll down the list of whom he is following, Andi is between Marlon Brown and Peter Geist. I have a screen shot of it.

If she's that far down, then he never unfollowed her to begin with. If he recently followed her, she'd be right next to Tenley at the top. That's why I didn't scroll down.

That's what I thought as well but he definitely was not following her yesterday morning. Best a couple of us can figure is that if you re-follow within a certain period of time - perhaps 24 hours or so - the person returns to his/her original place in the listing.
