I was reading through RS's reader emails and someone asked him about Nick and Julie and he said they're just friends and aren't dating.

What does RS know about Nick? I highly doubt any of Nick's family or friends will supply RS any info.

Can someone refresh my memory... Who is Ronnie?

Ron was one of Andi's bachelors he left in episode 3 I believe due to the death of a friend.

He was also at MTA and Andrew mistakenly called Marquel "Ronnie" which caused a bit of a stir.

RS has said that JB and Nick are just friends. but im sure he has no crystal ball since he had had his 3 biggest wrong regarding Chres. So..who knows.. time will tell.

If he is still single, i do wonder whether he will reach to Chris's F2 post- season ala Kyp-Ten. The F2s can bond over the experience no one else would completely understand. Kyp supposedly had a crush on Ten as the season rolled. Maybe Nicky Poo too? . We shall see

To your point, I'm pretty sure Nick's had contact with Drew, Claire and Arie...  
As you say, the F2 experience is probably one no one else can truly understand unless they've been there.
I guess it's more likely that Nick and JB are just friends, considering their distance...
On the other hand, they did have at least one date and it's obvious they are interested.... time will tell!
