If they did put it off on their own, I wonder why. I thought they would be excited to get married.

Anything is possible but I would think a November/December wedding is a big no because of Aaron and his football. But that is just my opinion.

If they can tape a winter wedding in Atl why can't they tape a spring/summer on in Atl also.

I guess it all boils down to wanting them to get married ASAP. But sadly it's not our choice. But I am sure all the fans would gladly help them plan it for if it means we would get it sooner. giggling

Personally, I don't think ABC will change their tune in regards to the weddings that have all been during the winter. If Andi and Josh want to get married and they want it televised then they need to do what ABC wants to do. If ABC wants it and wants it in the winter, then it will be up to Andi and Josh if they say yes to that.

I would be surprised if Andi and Josh said no to a winter wedding. There are a lot of questions surrounding Aaron playing next season. He certainly won't be the starter and might be in the same position as he was this year - 3rd string QB since he's just starting out. I know it's the NFL, but I would think a 3rd string QB can skip a day (not necessarily a game) to attend his brother's wedding where I would assume he'd be the best man and the next day he can be back out with his team. The wedding could even be in January where KC might not even be in the playoffs. There are a lot of possibilities.

If they are waiting for answers from ABC, then no matter which way they go, there wouldn't be any planning right now regardless. Or they could just be serious in what they're saying. They haven't done any planning and Josh said now that 2015 is here, it's a different story.

But correct me if I'm wrong, didn't SeanCat get married 10 months after the show aired? We have reached the 8 month mark already with JODI. I just wish that we had an insider to fill us in. I mean how long has this forum been in existence? Surely by now we should have some concrete contacts with either ABC or the MurDorfs. Even Reality Steve is silent on this one. Was he just as quiet with Jash and SeanCat 8mths after filming?

It's been 8 months since they have been officially together, but only a little more than 5 months since they've actually been in public together. Hypothetically, let's say Andi and Josh get a televised wedding in December. It would be the same thing as Ashley and JP. Ashley and JP were officially together for a year and a half when they got married. It would be the same thing for Andi and Josh. Same goes for Des and Chris even though they're not having a televised wedding. They've been together for a year and a half. If Andi and Josh do something similar to their fellow bachelorette couples, that's still about 10-12 months away. The Bachelor and the Bachelorette timelines are two different sets, so it's difficult to compare them. The Bachelor ends in the beginning of March whereas the Bachelorette ends towards the end of July/beginning of August. The Bachelor couples get an extra almost 6 months together than a Bachelorette couple would for a winter wedding.

I'm not sure what to think anymore. What I take from the People article is that Andi and Josh want to settle down now and find a house in Atlanta, and then start to focus on wedding stuff. I also thought it was interesting what she said in the Access Hollywood interview with the wanting something different for their wedding. They've been to a lot and they want something different and unique to them. I wish I could rewatch that interview, but the website isn't working for me now. Is anyone else having that problem?

i was having trouble rewatching it also, It wouldn't play. I clicked on videos at the top and then you could choose what video you wanted to watch and it played.

Looks like Kelly is going back to Atlanta. I wonder if Andi and Josh are going back with her. If they stay in LA longer, hopefully it means something good.

May 9th is out because Stephanie will be graduating from college I think the day before or after that.

I'm just surprised that it went from definitely in the spring to spring or summer and now we have not started planning to we're putting it on hold. I think the hardest thing as fans is not getting a straight answer. If someone said it won't be until 2016 then people could stop asking them when is it going to be. Even if the news is not what we want to hear at least we could just forget about it and if it's going to happen it will happen.

I like how you think Ananda. I'm beginning to think that the delay in wedding planning can be due in part at least to JODI's ideals. We already know that they wanted something in the spring/summer, but in addition to that I think they are really desirous to have it in Atlanta and they also want proper coverage of the reception. Knowing that just a snippet of the reception is traditionally shown and that the weddings typically take place in LA, I'd say that ABC needs more time than average in deciding whether they want to give in to those demands. Or...it could just be JODI deciding on whether they'd give way to their ideals for the sake of a tv wedding.
Knowing that Andi is an over analyzer and planner, to me, she'd be freaking out if no concrete plans have been made by now. To me, she is way too calm and casual about the fact that they haven't planned anything yet. That just goes against who I think she is fundamentally. So, I think that something may be in the works...hopefully.
