Yep no reason to believe, but then again we knew that Reid spent time with Jilly in Spain (we had SC's to prove it), but they never showed it. We were led to believe that the date ended without any alone time. handwave

When Ash made that comment I thought she was talking about Ames living in NYC and having the benefit of country life. I didn't get that she was talking about her date with JP, not at all no idea

right - but as you pointed out we had SCs that showed they did spend time together. We don't have SCs or anything that indicated they actually spent any additional time together. No evidence = speculation.

Andy and Tessa spent a lot of alone time together at the end of her HTD date - we saw this. this is when she told Andy she wanted to fall in love with him.

Ooops Bad me, I thought they were commenting about Ashley going from visiting JP in NYC to Ames. Of course Ames' hometown is listed as NYC where he has his job "Financial Advisor" - love that term.

hmmmm, that is interesting too. I know they show the HTDs out of the order that they are filmed, so I just assumed. Her statement just perked up my ears.

whoops maybe it was Meridiths season. There was a guy who had the smallest NY apartment. Some news place did a make over of his place for him it was so bad. He was very cute and drove a motorcycle. Guess the name ecapes me.

I think it's important to look at the season's edit as a whole, and consider all the information they have given us. I'm not saying that the blessing or non-blessing has anything to do with the outcome, only that it's another piece in the puzzles of JPs edit that has included jealousy, impatience, competitiveness, and now a mom who doesn't want to see her son get his heart broken again, and a possible reluctance to propose. If all was puppies and rainbows in this relationship why are they continuing to focus on the negative with JP and not put all that BS behind at this point?? I just can't get over how they're throwing Ash and JP under the bus and continue to run them over.

and I leave open the possibility that sis is talking about her F2 guy and not her F1.

if we are to consider edit- then I think edit is setting it (the finale) up to be slow and steady vs Quick and fast . we know Quick and Fast will refer to JP but I got the impression last night that Constantine will be the slow and steady instead of Ben F. also going back in edits, it's always been kind of Constantine vs JP if you think about it since Hong Kong. Most of the outtakes recently have been about Constantine.. Oh well. I can't figure this out yet. LOL

One thing I did notice when Ashley was talking with CH about the HTD's she said she fell in love with JP's family. Her favorite HTD was Constantine's. To me the falling in love with the family and not the guy is a red flag.
