Thanks for this thread.  I didn't see it until after the show.  Feel free to move my post from the other thread if you want.

Not a problem. I didn't see the post requesting an epi thread until late in the show.

Even before she was given the FIR, I knew it was going to Britt. Chris was a smitten kitten I tell ya. Britt looked gorgeous and I liked that he went for a kiss the first night. Why wait?

. Megan is a more polished version of Daniella from Sean's season
. Chris was mesmerized by Ashley 's looks
. Becca is prettier in pictures
. Jade going far. No doubt about it.

I thought this first episode was pretty standard as first episodes go...and kind of slow, but wow, the preview has me totally intrigued. Now I'm curious as to when the first snowfall was in Iowa.

I'll probably put my thoughts in the sleuthing threads because of the preview from this point on. Just curious, is this a new preview to "all" of us...or had it been released before tonight? If it has been released, were any screen caps already made? GA, if we have screen caps, would you drop them into the sleuthing no discussion thread? TIA!

Do you really want to know? Because I lived it: I will say November was very cold. I can say that and not reveal anything other than what I know to be true because I live right next to Iowa. I could tell you about snow too but won't unless you really want to know.

^^mtnlvr, I would love to know, but it would probably be best to put your answer in the no spoiler sleuthing threads. That way no hints will be posted here. As far as I'm concerned, you would be a legitimate source for info on the weather...and it would save me the time of looking it up on the internet.

I have an impression based on watching the preview as to what I think TPTB are wanting us to think...sorry, that's a terrible sentence. I'm just too tired to rephrase it. I plan to put my thoughts in the sleuthing thread tomorrow.

Not used to being over here, will probably go to the no spoiler/sleuthing side also after this. 

I haven't seen any spoilers or info on the girls. First impressions-I liked Britt, Kelsey, Jade & Tracey-liked the note she read to him. I liked Whitney at first, but I'm not so sure about her. Liked a few others but with so many it's hard at this point to get a feel for some of them.

Britt got a lot of air time and I'm thinking the most firsts? First to be shown showcased out of the 7, first one shown out of the limo, first 1 on 1 time, first rose/impression rose and first kiss. Chris was definately wanting that kiss! I think she'll go far-F4, I don't know...along with Jade & Kelsey.

30 girls is way to many!

I like Britt for sure, also Kelsey, Jade, and Whitney. I can't wait to next week.

We have tragic backstories every time but that one really made me cry

I can't imagine going through that, just awful.

Mackenzie is really awkward but I still like her...so far.
