The oldest of three children, Jade was raised on a farm, and after a stint in private Christian school, she went public as Prom Queen. “I’m from a small town, but I’ve got big plans,” she says. “I’ve traveled in eleven countries, and at 21, I earned a degree in culinary arts from the Cordon Bleu.” Jade got her start as a pastry chef in a Las Vegas supper club, and she ran her own business in Omaha, but she wanted more, and she followed her California dream all the way to Los Angeles.
