Constantine's HTD was my favorite last night, which surprised me!! I figured I would like Ben's and JP's more, but I flipped. After his date, the rest just didn't seem as good.....JMO.

Yes, I think she was hoping they would fall in love but it just didn't happen. His hometown date dazzled her. She wants that. But alas, he is not ready to commit to her. It just isn't there with him. And this may be a lingering reason why she and her F1 will not make it for the long haul. She is looking for a good fit and only found the closest one available. That is my thought.

I'm not sure how this fits with her statement of being 95% sure of who she wanted by hometown dates. Are you saying she wanted Constantine but ended up with JP? no no

Because of all this dra, i'd like to see a happy ending but it does not seem like that and it bothers me a lot because i want Ashley and JP or whoever be happy i don't want to see a repeat of Brad and Emily

I really believe the drama is there to keep viewers watching...period. After 20 plus seasons, Fleiss has the formula down on what makes the show work. We may not like it, but there's no way that they are going to make the love story look that easy. Especially after Ashley's statement that she thinks she is a bad bachelorette (too transparent) there is more reason for the extra drama, imo.

According to Ashley S. Ashley is very happy with her "Man" whoever he is, although I really hope it is JP because I can definitely see a real relationship developed between the two of them.
In any case, the relationship does work so far according to her best friend.

The hot on the trot passion is superficial and indicative of F2. It is the little things that expose who the real F1is. Did you not see the way they were hanging on to each other for dear life when they had to part. Goes deeper than a deep kiss(which indicates more of passion than love).

Too many red flags with JP.

I get that 100%, I really do. I do see a mutual affection between Ben and Ash. If it weren't for the real life happenings (ie Ben tweeting girls from Brad's season, along with AshS tweeting) I would be 100% onboard with Ben being F1. Unless all the outside stuff is a ruse to keep us all guessing right til the end - who knows?? I don't.....
