I forgot to mention when I posted this cap that if it was Ben, we would see his hair right?

agreed, no hair whatsoever on this guy.

also, if you look at the sunlight hitting the back of his suit, it is pretty much just lighting up the back of the suit, it falls off at the shoulder and the top of his shoulder is in shadow. The sunlight is coming from the side, not high above. Otherwise his shoulder top would be lit up more.

ok so lets make another scenario

blue shirt is ben, the watch match, the stand match (hands in pockets). He express his feelings, hold her hands, remove them, ashley got emotional and put her hands on her face and propose

The white shirt is JP, he his nervous and she is upset when he told her that she was the one for him and ashley has teary eyes. She is sad and he leaves

I have this to confirm this with the Voice of JP saying: I have to accept that she does not love me (right words?) but this could very much be an earlier record from him and they decided to add it for drama

They are good to put others voice on top of the guys.

ps: I really thought that the guy on the beach holding ashley's hand was JP but you say it is ames? So we have nothing about JP ???

Okay, throwing in the whole marriage possibility --

Maybe he said, "I don't want to just be engaged to you" and she starts to freak out, almost crying.

Then he continues, "I want to be married to you" and that's when we see a hint of a smile on her face.

I know, very unlikely, but I haven't seen that possibility mentioned yet so I'm just throwing it out there!

I could not see Ben saying that, but I could SO see JP saying that.

I hope not either. Ashley has enough hate on her as it is. It's just there was some quotes with both JP and Ben that make me think this will happen.

Ashley: What do you think we're going to be doing in a month from now?
JP: Um, something having do with getting down on a knee, maybe? I don't know.

Ashley: I think we should put them on our mantle.
Ben: Um, and where do you propose we move to?
Ashley: Are you proposing already?

This feels like foreshadowing to me. Has a proposal been brought up with any of the other guys besides JP and Ben?

I hope not, too. But will Ben get the approval from Mom and Sister that he MUST have to move on with Ashley? I'd sure hate it if a guy who might propose to me had to get approval from Mom and Sis or it would be a "no go." I'd get the distinct feeling that I'd be #3 in his life behind Mom and Sis. Did no one else notice this in the previews? I haven't seen it mentioned on this board, though it's been a big topic on another board I'm on.

Where the caps altered by anyone in reference to lighting? The odd color reminds me of when TPTB changed the coloring of the sc's of E and C coming down the steps in Africa after it was mentioned on FORT about the time of day/sunset?

He will get the approval I am sure, this is just a ploy to get people to tune in. However, I agree with you, just him stating that if he does not get it, he could not continue in the relationship, or whatever he said. Ashley, is a smart girl, I am sure she picked up on that. Only in old age retrospect, whould I be smart enough to be concened about the strength of the familial ties. Being married to or in a relationship with someone with whom the inlaws feelings or wants took precidence is no fun. If I had to abdicate to the "family" it would not be a happy time. I'd want to be very sure that my partner was ready for their own family unit, and that I was not just getting membership in his family. Having both is awesome!

Right before I capped this picture, the screen was black. So that's why it is so dark.
