'I learnt to value my self-worth': Sam Frost says being proposed to by The Bachelor Blake Garvey - and then dumped- helped her realise what she 'deserves' in life

But Sam Frost has revealed the experience taught her valuable lessons about 'self-worth' and made her realise what she 'deserves.'

'I think I did hit a really low point,' she said, 'But I pulled my socks up and thought, "I am a good person, I deserve to be happy and find an incredible man who loves me for me."

She was coy about whether she found love on the series, which has finished filming and will hit television screens once The Bachelor ends.

'You'll have to tune in to see if I have...' Sam said. 'It was amazing, it was so much fun.
'We have finished filming and I'm back in Melbourne, relaxing with my family.

'I just really loved it [filming the show]. It was refreshingly real and a genuine experience. It felt like there was an authenticity to it.'

About the her potential suitors, she added: 'The boys are good sports, really great guys.'

Joining her on the quest for love this year on television is the current Bachelor Sam Wood.

The leggy star told DMA her thoughts on the hunky new lothario, saying she thinks he's doing 'a good job.'

'He's genuine,' she added.

MANDURAH will once again be represented on reality television this year with a Halls Head man in the running to win The Bachelorette’s heart.

The Mandurah Mail can reveal 25-year-old Kayne Buik will appear on the show which will star Samantha Frost, who was famously jilted by last year’s Bachelor, Blake Garvey.

Frost will headline the show which will pit eligible men against each other to win her affections.

Buik, who is a Mandurah boy, played local footy and cricket and is currently single and clearly ready to mingle,.
