The public on air breakup was all for drama too. jmo

I'M fully convinced now that anything that has to do with Des & Chris’ life I’m probably going to be wrong on. I mean, we all know what happened in the finale when I swore it was Brooks the whole time. It happens. I’ve made it my mission to never be wrong about the ending of this show again. So far, so good. This season will be no different. However, I just can’t seem to get sh** right when it comes to these two. Although in this particular instance, I actually did have it right before screwing it up. I said a couple weeks ago that their wedding would be this past weekend, but then last week after seeing Chris tweet about “#9moredays,” I assumed I was off by a week. Well, it was this past weekend on Sunday in Palos Verdes, CA. I’m not sure why neither of them promoted it, and even went out of their way to intentionally throw people off, but they did. Hell, they even got Jason and Molly to join in. If you saw their Twitter on Sunday, they tweeted out a picture to make it seem like they were at the Seahawks game, when they were actually in CA at the wedding. I’m not really sure what that was all about. I guess maybe because Des and Chris have an exclusive with US Weekly with their pics being released tomorrow that they couldn’t take the chance of other paparazzi showing up and snapping pictures. Really the only thing I can think of as to why they’d deliberately let people think it wasn’t this past weekend. Oh well. They are now married, and you’ll be seeing photos from the wedding hit newsstands tomorrow when US Weekly comes out.

Chris Harrison Blogs 'The Bachelor' Episode 3

I want to start this week by saying congratulations to Desiree and Chris, who were married this Sunday down in beautiful southern California. For those of you who wanted this wedding to be televised, so did I. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as that. You don't get to just make a television show out of whatever you want, whenever you want. There is a lot that goes into doing any network show. We came very close to working out a deal for a special that would've included Chris and Des's wedding, but things just didn't work out in the end. I'm very sorry for that because as fans of the show I understand that you want to see this journey come full circle. Most importantly please know that this was not a sign of disrespect for Des and Chris at all by the Bachelor family. They are very much beloved by all of us and we are so thrilled they tied the knot this weekend. So to Des and Chris I say, "We love you, and congratulations on a beautiful life together."

Just like we said. He read our forum, and all the sleuthing pointing to this past weekend (aka his source) then saw Chris' tweet (which I think he did because we were on to him and RS got the info from here ) and he believed him. Which worked. laugh out loud

Why is so difficult to understand that they wanted it completely on the QT? I loved all the clues to throw people off. yes

What a great week leading up to the wedding! So many exciting events! :married
