I was sickened this morning to hear about the shootings at the church in South Carolina. I don't understand how this can happen. What makes people do such horrible acts.

Thinking and praying to all in SC family friends and the community. So very tragic.

This kind of thing is horribly becoming too often and too much of our "normal" day. Very, very disturbing.

I noticed his eyes in the picture they showed this am on TV and they looked dead to me, like nothing is there!!! Same kind of eyes that idiot had that shot up the theatre in Colorado killing and maiming all those people.

So sad, my deepest sympathy to all the families and friends of the ones that died.

Police converge on NY town where escaped prisoners said sighted

Police using dogs and helicopters converged on a town in western New York state on Saturday to investigate a reported sighting at a railroad track of two convicted murderers who escaped a maximum-security prison two weeks ago, police said.

A witness saw two men who might have been the escapees walking along a railroad track in Friendship, a community of about 2,000 residents in a rural patch of Allegany County, New York State Police said in a statement.

Oh great. These guys I bet are heading towards the border. We are so kind and inviting. Just wait till they encounter the Border Guards. They'll see how kind and inviting we are. Hopefully it was a bad tip. Yikes!

I just watched a Periscope in Buffalo. The traffic is backing up on the Interstate with all the cars being stopped and checked. Now I just read one of them has a half brother in Amherst NY which is even closer to Buffalo!

For sure this will be a movie!
