JPG and Nikki? I see Nikki displacing her anger onto the viewers. It's obvious that deep down she's bothered that her ILY is not reciprocated, and she thinks it's the fans fault for bugging them/her. Another WOW.

I was very surprised by some of the things that Nikki said as well. It does seem like she was bothered about the no ILY and no proposal. It also appears that she blames Juan Pablo for a lot of the backlash that they both received after the finale. I could just tell by her demeanor at ATFR that she wasn't very happy w/Juan Pablo in that moment. She seemed very uncomfortable and embarrassed to me. I just wonder why she is still staying w/Juan Pablo? There must be something there that I can't see that makes her continue to stay. Maybe we will see why over the course of CT? I was also surprised when she said that she didn't like when she was approached by fans for pictures. I can see how that would be very invasive if it happened all the time, but she always appeared to be happy in all the pictures she takes w/fans, so I was surprised she said that. I feel bad about all the bashing that she is getting on SM, and I feel so bad for her that she had to delete/deactivate her twitter account. I hope at the end of this she is somewhat redeemed in the public eye and doesn't continue to get a lot of backlash.

From seeing Juan Pablo and Nikki interact on the show, it seems like Nikki is a much more serious and private person than Juan Pablo is. From what they have shown of him, he doesn't seem to be taking their relationship seriously or at least as seriously as Nikki is. They just seem like very different people to me based on how they are being portrayed on the show. I just think Juan Pablo is a very happy go lucky guy and that comes across very loud and clear on this show, IMO.

The previews for next week look interesting. I can't wait to hear what Nikki has to say about what she did during her first one on one date with Juan Pablo that made the producers mad at her. I can't remember exactly how she phrased it in the preview, but something about the producers not being happy with her or something along those lines. It will be interesting!

My opinion of the two of them hasn't really changed yet based on what I have seem of them on the show so far. I like Nikki, I always have. Not so much Juan Pablo. Not that I think he is a terrible person or anything, but he's still coming across as insensitive and self centered, and I don't think it's the language barrier or his culture or anything like that. I just think that is just his personality. It will be interesting to see how things evolve between the two of them over the course of this show.

I must admit that I like this show more than I thought I would. The only reason I am watching is because I was curious about Juan Pablo and Nikki, thus why all my comments are mainly about Juan Pablo and Nikki. I really like the Jersey Shore couple, and I am rooting for them and hoping that they make it. I like her commentary about the show. It seems very real without purposely trying to bash any of the other couples on the show. I hope it stays that way in the future episodes. I am now a big fan of this show, and I will continue to watch future seasons. Can't wait for the show next week!

I love the Jersey Shore couple. They are so cute and normal and down to earth. I can't remember the guy's name but Deena is just awesome and funny. I'm excited for their proposal later in the show!


JPG and Nikki, what a mess as usual. I cannot believe how JPG wouldn't understand that she's embarrassed and humiliated by what went on during their frc (I like you A LOT winky face winky face) and then the joke of an atfr. Unreal. He's either just stupid, pardon my french, or he just cannot force his mind to give two hoots about Nikki and her feelings. I'm guessing a combination of both. The longer and longer she stays with him, the more and more idiotic I find her too and I used to like her.

Unfortunately, when a woman loves, she loves for real. I can't speak directly for why Nikki is digging her heels in but I have known of women who have stayed with men who give them even less than Jpa is giving her. I think she is completely in love with Juan and she definitely wants to prove the majority wrong by fighting for the relationship. Juan might be a nice, funny guy (I actually was a fan prior to his season) but I think he is used to woman throwing themselves at him so he hasn't really have to work for a woman's love and Nikki is making it very easy for him by being so "there" for him. Like she said " It is Juan's life and she is living in it"- How sad is that. I think the therapy might have helped though because didn't they go on vacation recently.

I'm amazed that Nikki thought that after going on a reality tv show, and being the final one, people wouldn't approach her all the time. It comes with the territory. And how she's on yet another reality show. Hope she doesn't think people will stop asking for pictures now. Although knowing her response and how much it annoys her, if I was a fan I'd just say why bother. Along with that, JuanPa seems to really enjoy the attention. Total polar opposites.

I will definitely agree with others that JuanPa doesn't seem to be taking their relationship very seriously whereas Nikki is very serious about it. He makes it sound like it's a fun fling while she seems to want marriage out of this. I don't see them getting on the same page no matter how long they are together.

JPa lost my respect when he spat in the face of his boss. I still like Nikki but she lost my respect when she said "I just want to be normal, and private.." ????

If you want to be private, you should stay the heck out of any reality shows. Why would you want to go on another while complaining about the lack of privacy due to the fame from TB. Especially a show that airs your dirty laundry ...

I know that the money is great so I can't blame them if they do it for the money, but be honest about it. SMH!!

I never really liked Nikki, because she always seemed super negative. Then I thought maybe it was just because of she was having hard time being in a house full of women dating the same man, but after watching this last ep and the previews I think my initial assessment was correct. She thrives on negativity. If she indeed has such a hard time with the attention (both negative and positive it seems) then why is she on another TV show putting all their issues out there? Why is she even with him, if she knows he's the root of all that negative attention? In the preview, she was being rude and swearing at the producers. Maybe she was like that to the Bachelor producers too and that's part of why they didn't hold back when it came to painting them in a bad light. Maybe it wasn't just Juan Pablo who they couldn't stand. Would explain a lot. It's like she's stuck in high school being one of the "bad girls". That's why she has to date the rebel. I'm starting to agree with Juan Pablo *shudder* that she has some growing up to do.

There was also that extra scene of them and the Jersey couple trying to guess who the new couple is and I think the Jersey people brought up the possibility of it being someone they know, like JP's F2. Nikki was freaking out saying she'll kill a bitch and Juan Pablo was just like "omg, I hope it is!". He looked absolutely thrilled with the idea of seeing Nikki and Clare fighting over him, again. Pathetic. At least Jenna's got him figured out, even though she's high as a kite.

I also don't get why John is with Jenna. Maybe it's for the paycheck he gets for being on this show. She's a total wreck and not sober for a minute. He seems half normal.

For me it is the opposite. I have always liked Nikki, and I was OK with JP. What made me really root for him was how he “bit the hand” that stabbed him in the back and shoved him under the bus. One of the few great things at ATFR was the panic in Harrison’s eyes when he lost control of the situation.

There is no need for Juan Pablo (or any other cast member) to feel gratitude or even respect for those people. If you happen to get a good treatment, it isn’t because they care about you, it is just the most profitable option at the moment. With JP, the most profitable option was the villain edit.

I really like Nikki. She is honest, sarcastic and self-deprecating, and she can be really funny if you like that kind of thing. At the same time she is passionate and caring.
I wouldn’t want to be her enemy though.

By the way, JP wasn’t “trilled” with the idea of Clare in the house. He was just teasing Nikki, and he sure got a reaction! The other couple where in on it, and at the end Nikki laughed too. No big deal.

Great post ...... I am hoping for the best for them I truly think they have something special and hopefully doing this show has helped them.

I have to disagree with you here.  Nobody did anything to JPa, he did it all to himself.  He sl** shamed Clare after the ocean-gate, didn't even bother to get to know the girls.  He was TB, he signed the contract, he got paid for the job hence he had to co-operate with them to make the show.  

Being the bachelor is not easy,  if he couldn't do it why he accepted the job to begin with?  It's not like The CT when you just sit around doing nothing and get money.  He was too lazy.  He called gay people "perverted" hence cost himself a gig on DWTS and he was blaming TPTB instead of himself.  

At the ATFR,  he was acting like a child having a temper tantrum---"I want to keep things private",  he owed it to the viewers to express his feelings, that was part of his "job".
If he really wanted privacy,  why would he go on CT show, to air his dirty laundry for everyone to see?  It's all about the money and fame for him.
Watching them on CT,  it's so obvious that he treats Nikki like a child, he doesn't respect her,  talking about seeing Jenna's video in front of Nikki..

He owed TPTB everything.  Without the show, he wouldn't meet Nikki, he wouldn't be "famous",  he wouldn't be asked to be on CT...

JPa is the first Bachelor to be on CT,  why? Is he going to blame TPTB for their problems too?  He needs to grow up and stop blaming other people for everything.

I've never watched this show before, but it's an absolute train wreck. Yowza. These people have bigger problems than what this reality tv show can do for them.

There is no way they are on it to "fix" their relationships. Sorry. I'm not drinking the couples therapy kool-aid any more than I'll drink TB/ette kool-aid. But I'll probably Tivo it and watch in FF.

Honestly, I don't think JP even thinks that. I do think that Kiptyn loved Tenley - not in the way that she wanted, but I do think that he deeply cared for her. In fact, I think that there was some speculation that she broke up with him the second time, because he had just thrown her that huge 30th birthday party. I think that JP is just having fun with Nikki and enjoying the perks (aka money and fame) that he gets by being with her. I'm sorry, but I don't agree with this.  As a single mom in the dating world, I have only introduced my boys to very few men that I have dated. Everyone seems to agree how totally JP loves his daughter.  IMO, he would not have Nikki in his daughter's life if he wasn't serious about her.

I think someone else mentioned this - he introduced Nikki to his daughter on their second date. After knowing her for less than a collective 24 hours. No matter how strongly you are infatuated with someone at that point, you can't possibly be "serious" about someone by then. It's honestly just physical attraction at that point. Obviously, JP has very different rules about women meeting his daughter than you do.
