I have thought that Ryan is the guy at the FRC since I saw his profile in the Hong Kong episode. I paused on just a certain place to go do something and when I came back and looked at the TV, I thought "all be darned." It was of the back of his neck, jawline, and shoulder. Sure looked like him. Plus, he is the right height for the guy at the FRC.

Yeah, the scruff threw me off. I meant to add that I do see JP as well. Depends on how I feel.

I don't think that scruff is real, I'm seeing a little photshopping going on here. JP seems to prefer being freshly shaved and Ryan's scruff wouldn't be shaped like that. His jaw is squarer and he shaves the edges and trims it to meet up with his sideburns. I don't think his 5 oclock shadow would be that dare due to his colouring.

I've seen plenty of instances where JP wears scuff. Even at some RCs

Actually I think Ryan might be coming back to get advice not give it. I agree that he's the one that needs closure not Ashley. Maybe he just needs to ask her what he did wrong, what turned her off so he doesn't make the same mistake twice kinda thing. But your guess is as good as mine at this point. It'll be interesting to see how it plays out in a few weeks!

Right now the ABC polls are showing Ryan as the favorite for the next Bachelor. Of course, ABC rigged the polls that showed that Jake the Flake was leading as well. I really do like Ryan and think he'd make a great bachelor. handwave

True but I think he'd shave for the FRC. Ryan would be more likely to leave the scruff ... so he could look more like Brad and hope it influenced Ashley giggling

Yeah, good point about the possible rigging. Although, maybe Ryan is in the lead because he is the only one not left in the running. An unspoiled viewer wouldn't want their faves to be Bachelor so why not pick the guy who got the boot and 'cried'.

What's still a mystery to me is Ryan's VO " I'm ready to find love in the blue waters of Fiji..."
But perhaps TPTB had all the guys say something generic about Fiji to get the VOs they needed. Rolling Eyes

Yeah and out of 25 women.....surely one of them will be a little giddy, be bursting with love, and make sunshine hearts with him forever. Gotta love the guy....I mean really you do. Who is perpetually happy. Not so much on his VLOG though....looks like this really got to him. I don't think he ever said anything bad about anybody in his PI's.

Oy. I hope if they got married, it's because they wanted to and not because Ashley is scared he'll leave her otherwise. If that's the case, she legit needs a counselor/therapist and not a hubby.

Yeah, I don't think anyone is married, but I'm sure she's happily engaged.

Full circle over the course of the show?? Ash was the one who kept needing reassurance and closure...and now, she's able to offer it (to JP) and offer closure to Ryan... because she found twu wuv :no idea:
