hey dudes long time no chat. anyone else find it weird that christy is cutting nicks hair when she is good friends with Andi and Kelly??? i do! but I think christy is dating Brian so many be everyone is all cool in chi town or something??? so many wtfs so lil time

I found it odd because Nick's sister, who is a hairdresser, usually cuts his hair.

Not sure if Christy is a good friend of Andi's but she is of Kelly, Sharleen, and Jaclyn S.  
Christy & Brian were definitely flirty on twitter.  Christy was also hanging out with Nick S.

Even odder, I thought, was Christy deleted her "tick tock" tweet to Nick V.  Wonder if TPTB made her delete it because she is still on BIP?

Sister - Sarah. She posted about it twice, I think, on her IG before she made it private.
BIP - I meant Christy may have limits on what she can post to certain Bach nation peeps until the season ends. I think her "tick tock" tweet was just letting Nick know she was waiting for him to arrive for his appointment. I thought it was cute; odd it was deleted.

It sounds like an excerpt from a Young Adult novel IMO.  sorry but really think she likes attention and does seem a little too immature for Nick IMO.  It is nicks life and I support him but I am not overall a fan of her TMI tweets

A lot of former participants have talked about the difficulty of getting back into the dating scene. It is precarious.  Going on a first date, which is just a first chance at casually getting to know someone, could be photographed by a fan and made to be something greater than it really is.    Where exactly can this man, or any former contestant, take a first date and have privacy? I think it is one of the significant downsides of being newly off the show.

"Real life" is NOT like a tv show.  People normally develop feelings at a much slower pace.  He may be ready now or soon to start to explore potential relationships without it being a "rebound".  He knew Andi for 2&1/2 months and during that time spent 5 days with her plus some additional time while she was dating other guys - 5+ days out of around 75 days.  Although his feelings were deep, the break up lacked compassion - a trait that seems very valued by and inherent in his family. Not only did she turn the table on Nick but on Eric as well  which shows a personality pattern. Also, her asking Bella if she would accept her as a sister was something I imagine the Viall family did not appreciate, in retrospect, being said to a 9 year old given the outcome.  Very pivotal in rethinking the merit of that relationship and perhaps easier to move on from.  All conjecture, of course. Only he knows where his mind is at.

At some point he will regain his footing and be interested enough in someone on a romantic level to give her his "date card".  Getting back into the swing is always a challenge for anyone, even more so when your last relationship was televised.  I don't think it really matters who he goes on his first date with.  There might be "50 First Dates"   before he finds someone he wants to pursue a relationship with.  At some point, it's just good to wipe the slate clean and enjoy conversation with someone without pressure... or mics or a film crew.

and hopefully, as you suggest, without the paparazzi!!
Hard to assimilate back into RL... but especially for a guy like Nick that really does not seem at all interested in extending his 2 minutes of fame.... except, god bless him, around his charity work and supporting causes he believes in.
Give someone his "date card".... you are the best NR!!

It would be fun to watch him in paradise plus CH is hinting he'd like Brooks to return so win-win for me.  I did not watch this season but if Nick and Brooks were on next season, that would be an entirely different story...

I just wonder who the female contestants would be. I could see some normal people but probably more than likely some crazy ones - Tierra and Courtney come to mind.

If they put Nick on or even Brooks again they will ask them who they like in the franchise. The goal is to have a few couples at the end and according to some of the people on it, it can work because you spend way more time together than you would on Bachelor or Bachelorette. I just selfishly want to see him on a tv screen and I don't think BIP has been a disaster for most of the people on it.
