I have to jump in about Andi "cutting" Josh off in the interview. She knows him better than anyone and she said herself one of the things she loves about him is that he has no filter. I'm guessing he was getting ready to reveal something he wasn't supposed to so she jumped in.

I agree about the no filter thing with Josh, but Andi never did interrupt him. He started to say "we're waiting", then switched to "we're looking forward to just settling down and having some fun together". Then CH chimed in with another question. Andi never cut him off.

I actually , when Josh said we are waiting on and looked over at Andi, like help LOL. Because bless his adorable heart the man has  no filter....

Being in the media is nothing new to either one of them. They should have wedding responses down pat by now, and IMO it should be the same answer everytime.

I don't have it on this laptop, but last night I watched their interview again. Josh says "We're waiting for.. we're looking for a house settle down and enjoy each other" I may have the looking for house settle down order wrong but those were the words used. Looking for a house and settling down is what they want to do before they start wedding planing, IOW it's not on the list at the moment. During the CH interview Andi did most of the talking. During the AH interview I can't tell because the volume almost disappears.

To me, it's not a matter of if there's a televised wedding or not, it sounded like wedding is not in their plans. Just another way to look at the situation and why the speculation is turning to possible relationship problems when initially they said the sooner the better. It appeared there were excuses, they need to find a house, they need to settle down. I thought you get married first then settle down?

If there were talks for a TV wedding, they could say, there are on going plans, it will be great when it all comes together, you'll just have to wait.

If there were no TV wedding, or they were in limbo, the same response would work, if they have intentions of getting married sooner rather than later. There were a few things that were said that IMO was another example of Andi being phoney, talking off the top of her head, and looking like a fool as she has done so many times which put doubt in viewers minds.

I didn't say is was anything new for either of them, Josh is a person who has admittedly said he has no filters and the people around him has said the same thing. It's his personality, no matter if he or they are media savvy or not. Same with me I am one of those people who are almost too blunt to a fault, doesn't matter if you don't want to know don't ask me.

But why should they have  the same answers each time, though? Just to satisfy internet people? They are not robots they are human, I like my people real. Not some can version of themselves...

RS mentioned in his blog that he thinks ABC is done airing weddings.

I don’t think ABC is going to be airing any more weddings, no matter who the couple is. I think they realize there’s only so much you can do with a 2 hour wedding episode, and they basically end up all being the same. A lot of work to put in for very little payoff. They’ve done 4 of them now, they’re all pretty much the same thing, and I think they just have no interest anymore.

This reminds me of the Emily/Jef debacle.
Their fans were in total denial but a few months later the bubble popped. The perfect couple was showing so many signs of love with shopping together, attending family gatherings together, always hand in hand until ...the fiasco. RS had warned there was trouble in paradise but the fans were adamant to say it was bad mouthing.
All this just seems quite familiar to me now...

I didn't follow Emily and Jef so maybe it was exactly like this and I'm just cluelessly sailing down De Nile in a kayak with Josh and Andi at the moment, but this doesn't sound right to me. How does a fake relationship at this level work? They live together, sleep together (I assume), and generally present themselves to other people as a couple all the time. Do both of them know they're in a fake/pretend relationship or just one of them then? Is it an acknowledged thing between the two of them or it's like Fight Club? First rule of fake reality tv romance is not to mention the fake relationship? I don't know what Emily and Jef were like but at this magnitude, it seems nuts to me.

If anything, I would put them in the Ali/Rob, Jill/Ed or Sarah/Charlie category if they breakup- we tried, gave it a go, but ultimately we weren't the right match. Andi will go on to marry a 120lb nerdy boy who looks like Ducky from 16 Candles, thinks AdvoCare is a type of pro-wrestler or latest Kardashian baby and cannot differentiate between a football and a baseball; they'll have a cat named Mable (notice incorrect spelling, please) and exactly one child. Josh will marry a stunning blonde who is eggwhite, gfree, fat free, and give him a baseball team in children. Everyone will be happy, we'll live to duel it out another day over the next flava of the month couple.

I said a while back that I wouldn't be surprised if ABC didn't air Andi/Josh's wedding but I do think that if Chris and his F1 stay the course they will get a TV wedding.

I'm wondering what, if anything, Steve knows about Josh and Andi at all. He posted there's "a better than great chance they're not getting married," but doesn't elaborate. I would think he'd post something more detailed if he knew anything? Maybe not.

Just to clarify, I wasn't responding to you. I had my post typed sitting in the reply box for several hours. I just didn't send it because I'm multitasking.

They should have the same answers because it's my opinion and because it may help with the speculation when there is continuity rather than all over the place grasping for answers.

I really don't care whether they get a televised wedding or not, but if they do, at least we probably won't have to endure the constant tacky views of "consummation station."
