So I guess no one wants to discuss something new that Nick has done in the last four weeks?

One of his tweets was basically from a song called Stubborn Love by The Lumineers. Seems like the guy has great taste in music.

Haha! I saw them live up here in Boston at the House of Blues last year. They were excellent. No matter how many times I hear Ho Hey, I will never get sick of it. I will have that played at my wedding whenever I get married It's pretty funny, but just by judging the way Nick dresses, I knew he would have good taste in music. It must be all the cute buttoned down and plaid shirts with the skinny, but not super skinny, jeans.

I agree with y'all too!    Stubborn Love is actually my favourite song my the Lumineers, and that line he tweeted about was always my favourite line because it is so true.

Yeah! NIck does have a great taste in music! In fact, when he tweeted a Tears for Fears 1980s song, Shout, a few days after the MTA taping....  i was over the moon ecstatic!  :Woah-hoo: 

At the same time that The Spoiled Team Nick for F1 thought the song Shout was a shout out to Andi, so did i while i was in the Unspoiled Group...

^Or he just digged the remix so much he wanted to recommend it. I'm like that when I hear something cool. It's not like it's some obscure song, everyone knows it. But the lyrics do fit well with his Bachelorette experience in general.

Sounds more directed to the producers who dragged him to MTA and made him write a letter they can publish for DRAMA.

I mean assuming most of that "stalking" was producer driven and something he had to do to make up for his plane blabbery. Which wouldn't surprise me one bit.

While I unspoiled that time felt the specific lyrics I posted above wasn't just a random tweet. imho, supporting Nick's post show behavior (Attempts to talk to her, MTA visit, second-chance letter, SM tweets & pics) annoyed Andi ergo Andi's "cold, indifferent, unkind" behavior at the AFTR.

I posted those same lyrics with the same reasons along with that shoutout DURING the show while I was in the unspoiled forum. Meaning: I DID NOT KNOW WHO THE F1 is and yet I felt it was a shoutout to Andi!

But see, I don't think it's a shout-out to Andi. I think it's more about him and how the show treated him. He's the one who had to "sell his soul" and act as "a working boy", because he had a contract "in black and white" and "these are the things he could do without" as in going to LA to be filmed as the stalker. Sure, some of it can apply to Andi as well, but let's remember he didn't write those lyrics, so surely not all.

I posted the lyrics you mentioned ALONG with the chorus-lyrics-shoutout to Andi during the show WITH a video of that song. The shoutout-to-Andi lyrics were repeated several times in the song whereas the lyrics I said were for the producers were sang only once. Of course, he did not write the song   , how can we mention one part of the song and yet exclude the the other parts repeated several times. We cannot say the shoutout is just for producers when the other part which I think is the shoutout to Andi is repeated in the song like a mantra? Why a shoutout to Andi? Andi dint want to see him at the MTA. Producer or not, he claimed in AFTR and his blog he just wanted to know "why". He wanted "closure" and was denied. Producer driven or not, the letter was hoping for a mesnick. But the lyrics "if I could change your mind....." What was the next sentence? Hmmmm

But why do you think the chorus is directed at Andi in particular? This is what's being repeated:

Shout, shout, let it all out

If it is directed at Andi, then it could just be him trying to let her know that he isn't the one behind these stalkerish actions, the producers are. The "If I could change your mind, I'd really love to break your heart" bit is only once in the remix he tweeted (except fot the echo). And I don't think he ever actually expected to change her mind, especially if it was all producer driven, so it doesn't make much sense. Of course if your interpretation is that he's telling her to shout her happiness from the rooftops and that's what he could do without then that bit would come into play. I just don't think that's the point of his message, if there ever was one.

You know I read that post in the unspoiled forum before the finale and to be honest I thought it was a little out in left field although I did see a possible connection between the last bit of lyrics in the song:

And the article in US Weekly describing the (unnamed F2) as as having become  "an angry and bitter ex" (which is something you - as unspoiled - might not have been aware of) and the comment made by Nick to his parents in the plane video "instead of arguing with her I said, ‘You now what? I disagree.’ And I just left it at that…You know, I didn’t try to change her mind, I’m just like, ‘I disagree.’" which is something that as unspoiled I know you didn't know about.

As bizarre as I think it is to consider that Nick is tweeting about certain songs that he likes in a way of sending subtle messages based on the lyrics, I have to admit that some of the lyrics of "Stubborn Love" (verse 1 and 2) are a little strange and also kind of "dark", "clingy" and a bit creepy. Specifically:

Make you think she means it this time
She'll tear a hole in you, the one you can't repair
