Forgiveness probably deals with Brad and Emily....probably has nothing to do with Ash's season.

Ash has to forgive JP for acting out and being jealous (maybe if it's there this ep) or for not voicing his feelings and quelling her INSECURITIES (big flashing neon theme this season)

ETA: Or Bremily - which I kinda find ridiculous - they don't have to forgive each other for giving the relationship a shot if they loved each other... no idea

Relationships grow and fall apart, it's natural - yes, they could've tried more to make things work, but that was just due to the personalities of both involved. JMO!
