I wonder if they will make an appearance on MAFS2.

I haven't seen that anyplace and I follow Jamie/Doug on all SM so I'm thinking that's a guess.

I noticed Jason C had a # on his tweet the other day that said MAFSsecondyear, however he deleted the hashtag shortly after he first put it up. I'm thinking something more along those lines.

I think it is just too personal and the hurt is too deep. If she was talking about anyone else she would get it, but this was her mom, the person she was supposed to be able to count on and she still can't.

I think Jaime needs to see a counselor to deal with this issue, Doug has been very good for her in so many ways, but only Jaime can learn to let go of the pain of a harmful parent. I have one as well, and I had to learn to not expect something that I will never have because the pain is really just on me. She will never change, nothing I can say or do will change that and when I expect something from her I won't be able to get, I just hurt myself. I hope therapy for that could help Jaime learn the same thing. But to me it is natural to want the kind of parent you see others having and to feel sad when it isn't there.
