What is the bloody incident in the preview clip and who goes away in handcuffs anyone know?

Big drama shown over apparently nothing. From my reading, the bloody incident was nothing more than a contestant cut their toe but not seriously, and the handcuffs are supposedly from a game guys were playing to see who could get out of them the quickest. Don't think the ambulance shown was for the cut toe. I read that Chris B injured either his shoulder or knee, can't remember which, which caused him to leave the show so that could be the ambulance part. Same old, same old - show preview of edited scene to create drama which really isn't anything.

I was sort of looking forward to this, only to see how Marcus and Lacy play out, until I read about Chris B.

Lacy gets gets food poisoning/gets dehydrated and is taken to the hospital for the night. (That's what the ambulance is about, nothing serious.)

I was sort of looking forward to this, only to see how Marcus and Lacy play out, until I read about Chris B.    

GA, come to the party. We can watch Marcus and Lacy fall in love and mock all the other people. I am looking forward to some good old fashioned snark without anyone being so in love with one person or another that we get the defending and stuff and just get to make fun of the stupidity of the show!

I used to love the TWOP recaps for this reason, they just flat out made fun of everyone.
