its been long suspicion of mine that Elan was Nick's handler on the show and continues to be after fliming. so yeah, this is my speculation of the day : the SH visit is on-going right now. That is all ... and now im off for the weekend :cutesmile!:

The Hometown hot messiness kicks off in Milwaukee with a visit to Nick Viall’s turf. Andi and McSalty tour a brewery (Schlemiel! Schlimazel! Hasenpfeffer Incorporated!) and then “enjoy” some polka dancing. Call back to Nick’s polka dot tie at the premiere, anyone? Then the duo meet Nick’s small country family, which includes his parents and ten siblings — plus some other unnamed relatives — bringing the total number of people whose names Andi doesn’t remember up to 17. How does it go? Nick’s 9-year-old sister grills the Atlantan, so, yeah, #awesome.

So, 1 sister is 9 and another is younger.  Not sure of the age of the 3rd.  I did come across cute pics of the younger siblings but I didn't copy then as I think they are under age and I respect that.

Also, from live tweets during the show's airing, it sounds like the entire family watches Nick in the episodes.  This makes me think he won't go along with the traditional format of the FD as it wouldn't send a very good message to his younger siblings.  None of the other final 3, that I know of, are in this situation.
