I have no idea what has happened to our like button. I haven't done anything today in the administrating of the forum. A bar has appeared at the side of each post.

If you click - you will get a negative vote, if you click + it will be an added vote.

I will report back as soon as I have some answers.

FWIW, GA, the +/- bar was showing up on my iPad yesterday morning...but then went away later in the day. I don't remember if the like button was there at the same time. I never saw it on my computer screen until this morning.

GA, just voted + on your last post above and it turned the bar to half green from red.

It's functioning like the "like" button, if you click the + sign, it adds a point to the poster. If you click the - part of the bar it takes away a point from the poster. This isn't what I want.

Thanks Litta for letting me know. I'm pretty sure the like button was here when I signed on earlier.

I'm waiting for answers, I bet I have to start all over again. hmmm

I saw both the other day when we had the like buttons.. well I saw the green/red bar while the page was loading, then it went away.

I like the concept of the like posts, but I don't like this green/red bar. Its the color of the red, which makes you feel you've said something negative. I wished they could make the like button on the side because its less distracting (where the bars are now) rather than in the middle. But thats just the designer in me.

I just tested clicking the minus on mini and ga ....(sorry guys, I love you both). It made bars turn red but didn't take votes away as far as I can tell.
Who knows? I say get rid of all of it. Not worth the time and hassle. JMO.

I liked the "like" button but this kind of a pain because it takes you off the page and you have to go back to continue. Nothing is easy, right GA?

Everything went smoothly the first time. Then all of a sudden it disappeared and the bar appeared to the right for no apparent reason. It's annoying when it takes you off the page.

Trying to get it straightened out but no luck yet. I will somehow get it back when I have no interruptions and while waiting for support. hmmm
