The tech's in support are in Europe so there is a time difference for me and I'm dealing with someone who seems to be around for east coast posters.

The only time I deal with Mac is when my son asks me something and I tell him the window's version on what to do. He'll never go back to window's.

Someone else had the issue a while ago and had no idea that icon was there, let alone click on it so it may be just a tap without realizing it, or it might be the maintenance thing that messed up which wouldn't surprise me.

The good news is I took that picture in Italy!

Yes, thanks, everything is working on both Safari and Firefox again now.    I don't think I could have accidentally clicked that button - the formatting was already messed up immediately after the maintenance - but I'll know how to fix it if it happens again!  

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] I'm glad all is working. I'm sure it could have been the maintenance. It happens to me in the Administration portal. I rarely change anything unless I'm adding something new and I know what I did, or change the banners and then discover something is messed up which I know I didn't touch!
