to me, they left Josh's romantic rose moment on the deleted scene speaks volume that he is not the the F1. JMO.

I don't see it that way because their entire edit in this episode was to focus on Aaron and cutting the chord, etc. If he wasn't F1, why show it at all? I guess it can be looked at both ways. She clearly calls him Babe which she hasn't yet been shown saying to anyone else and she had very sweet and positive things to say about him. Because they put it in as a deleted scene, at the end they want us to have seen more of their love story even though it did not fit the storyline at this time.

I totally agree with you Piper. You always read my mind but say so much better than me. They sure did not want the viewing audience to hear her calling him babe.

The cutting the cord is also a stretch. The way they make is sound is that Josh lives in the basement and will never leave mommie. He lives in another state and has his own life. He even told Andi that the family is going in different directions now and he's ready to start his life as a husband and father.

Also the fact she was concerned about his family not focusing on what is happening in Josh's journey spoke volumes that she cares about his feeling. The show made it look like it was all about Aaron but in fact in her blog they talked a lot about what was going on with Josh and Andi and their journey.

Awwww, thank you, NM!     On the bolded, Right?! All great points you make that I didn't make. I totally don't think she was being so concerned about herself, but was in fact more concerned for Josh. I feel that they have had many more conversations prior to HTD about what he has been doing the past 5 years when it comes to supporting and being there for both Aaron and Stephanie. And during her conversation with Mama Murray, I bet we didn't see Mama Murray telling her about the same things she said to Josh, that it was time he put himself first, and he deserved the best and to be happy.

I really think that we should focus on the edit for the true love-story.  Josh's edit has been about him being very competitive and being heavily into sports, and a sport's jock(can't be trusted). The way I see it, Josh (during his HTD) is still being edited the same way.  His family was focused on Aaron and not him or Andi, which (btw) was the reason why they were there.  It is the edit that is telling the story.  I missed it at first because I was caught up in Marcus' hotness, but now that he is gone, I'm seeing what the edits are telling me about Andi's true love-story.  My guess is that Josh's edit will continue to cause concern at the FD.  jmo:Hugesmile:

ITA the comprehensive LS they give us right from ep.1 is between Nick and Andi. Its carefully built in details and progressing in each episode, as the main storyboard this season. Josh had second storyline, less built, circulating in trust  and communication issue with Andi and his one dimensional edit as the 'jock' type.
