I thought Mr. Write did some sleuthing on the plane and flight Nick was on that proved it to be matching with the date and times RS posted. Was that not the case?

Mr. Write did substantiate Nick's destination but, as far as I could tell, not the date.  However, I just looked at RS' tweets and he tweeted the following on May 11th:

It's just my opinion, but the person recording didn't even have to be a fan of the show. They could have just known of it, knew that Andi was the bachelorette, and put two and two together.

There's no way in heck those videos started from where we got them. There's a chunk of that beginning conversation that we didn't get to hear. The person could have eventually figured it out and thought "oh I should definitely record this." If they didn't even know about RS they could have even googled about the show, etc. and RS popped up. I would bet good money whoever recorded it made profit off of it from RS. I'm not saying that means Nick is definitely not her F1, but in my opinion it's hard to ignore that the video seems pretty darn legit.

I personally believe the tape it legit but have been more focused on determining when Nick was on the flight for aforementioned reasons. Best I can tell Andi's first media appearance was that following Sunday at the Billboard Music Awards so even if the tape was some type of ruse and Nick is F1 it's difficult to explain why he would have come back so early. Conversely, even if Nick is F2, he more than likely was not privy to what exactly went down after he left. For instance, I think I recall hearing that Arie had no idea that Emily and Jef became engaged at the FRC until way after the fact.

This is the real question: Why wouldn't the tape be legit?! I just think the idea that the tape is fabricated is kind of ridiculous.  I like Nick and so far don't think Josh is a good choice at all.  I have blind trusted RS before but with the video it is different. If Nick is F1 media would cover that "fabricated" video and ask him "Why did you say that on the plane?" He's not F1, and he's so cute and cool that he does not want to be the Bachelor (like Reid and Brooks).  I just hope I don't get to hear about what a douche he is when the season is over.  I don't think that will be the case given his age and everything he has said so far which seems sincere and less prepared than 1f for example.

although i had myself already being nuts about this loli still need to throw out one thought here.

being a Chris's shenanigan that i was (and still am ) i know his Bro told us on Chris thread that he got a 2 months leave from his office (Home Street Bank) to do the filming. I wanted to referencing this point in relation to Nick's video leak.

lets see :
Des's MnG was on March 14th and then FRC May 7th. Lets say Chris being in LA from March 12th so he still had 3-4 days of honeymoon session before headed back to Seattle right on time to get back to work.

This season : MnG was on March 12.( i do think )the FRC was on 9th ( or 8th ). prolly a bit delayed of the FD schedule due to Eric's passing.

i would think Nick got the same length of leave of absence as Chris, that is 2 months(keep in mind Salesforce is a well respected company and he is an executive there).that means he should be back to the office on March 11-(or prolly 12 at the most).

there is a possibiliy he MUST came back during that time to Chicago regardless he is the F1/F2.  My point is the timing of his flight could very be most related to his work duty rather than his final position as F1 or F2. yes, if He is the F1..him and Andi were not following the past norms of honeymoon session (which is 3-4 days)., they must cut it to 1-2 days. Now, as for the content of the convo, that is  another whole different story...

I wonder how it is that RS could be so wrong about Nick not being liked by the guys? Seems to me that he was very well liked. Maybe his source is a supporter of another bachelor?  

There are only two people I've been able to find who may have had issues with Nick

1- Josh because of what Nick said in the video
2- Cody and Nick's interactions in the season preview
