He never said her name, it was probably someone else and they spliced it in since they're still together.

Kasey and Vienna are in love and living together and he gave her some type of ring on the show.
He was not talking about Vienna in that PI, wait til it airs and you'll see who it is he was talking about ~ NOT V.

Kasey really really wants to guard and protect someone's heart, so he probably would never say that about his girl... TBH he went over the top with the protective thing, but it was the SAME protective thing that made Ali and Ash go mush, soo... considering Vienna, she probably needed his EXTRA protection Smiley
