I think you may be on to something. I have been wondering if that was really JP. Now we do have screencaps that show Ashley in that same purple bikini being carried by Dino piggyback in the water.

Dino likes that orange swim suit/shorts so much he probably didn't want to get them muddy and put on something else. :giggle:

Thanks so much for compiling this list. I'm staying with my original thought about the May 1st "freaky stuff" tweet, and from the bolded, it would be after a Fantasy date. I think it's Constantine and he asks to leave during or right after the fantasy date or at the RC that night. jmo I think Ryan is later before the FRC. I can't wait to see what happens.

Season 7, Episode 9
Episode Synopsis: Ashley and her final three suitors visit Fiji for daytime frolicking and, perhaps, overnight canoodling. Adventures include sailing and snorkeling, a seaplane ride and cliff jumping into a waterfall. Ashley also receives a surprise visitor before one of the three guys goes home; the other two vie for the final rose.

I guess the surprise visitor could be Ryan, or Constantine, or someone else entirely? For some reason I also thought Ryan's visit was later, though. But I have no idea where I got that idea.

I also initially thought Ryan's arrival was closer to FRC. Reality Steve claimed it was during Fantasy Suite time and many of us found that questionable. Ryan comes before Fantasy Date #2... or even earlier. If Ben gets the first Fantasy Suite date, his arrival could cause trouble since the editors made a point showing the conflict between him and Ryan. Also, Jordan has a questionable relationship with Ryan as well, but also is a bit confident that Ryan is not her "type". Why did they include that line of his from episode #4? To show us that he is less bothered by Ryan. He did say he was ready to jump out of a window if Ryan got the group rose on his date, but I personally think he was joking with Lucas.

Nonetheless, Ryan's return can "cast a cloud" over BOTH dates with Ben and Jordan. Maybe she discusses it with Jordan and that is where the quote “She was being selfless and honest” fits in. He did tell her not to be afraid to tell him anything and that he wouldn't judge her.

If Constantine gets the final Fantasy Date and they do the swimming, then his departure occurs either before the end of it or afterward, but before the rose ceremony... and maybe they cancel the ceremony when he visits her to drop out. So far, we have no evidence suggesting there is a 3 to 2 rose ceremony.

Just guessing here... we will have to see how it plays out.

The more I study this season, the more I think the "conflict" is all about Ashley's insecurities, not the guys'. Yes, Jordan may consider her potentialy having stronger feelings for Ben or Ryan, but he also believes they are "on the right track". The quote "She’s gotta know that I’m flustered and that I’m upset. It makes it a little more difficult for me knowing that she’s probably not in love with me." has less to do with The Competition and more to do with her troubles communicating her feelings. Earlier she stated (ep #3) "I’m the type of person that, when I fall for someone, I fall hard. I’m scared that there’s not enough time to heal from that and then fall in love again." In the last rose ceremony in Hong Kong, she was again worried about making everybody happy (and the way they keep stuffing shots of JP in our faces every time "everybody" is mentioned suggests she is "talking around" the obvious: there is just one guy she's focused on).

Sadly, I can see it going down like this too for exactly this reason. I wonder if TPTB are going to give him a lifetime supply of superglue at ATFR for all the gluing-her-back-together he does.

I thought I read that ben got the last FD and that Ryan came before JP date which was the second date.

Guys, I'm a bit out of this season. Has Ashley announced that she is engaged or are we still getting the ubiquitous "you'll have to tune in to see what happens?"

She wrote in her last blog that this past episode was the start of her "honest love story", or something like that. So she's in love with someone, unless she's pulling a Kelly Taylor.

So if this is JP & Ashley's FD at the Namale Resort, which was featured on the Ultimate Getaway Sweepstakes. Looks like the stayed in the Duavata & Civa villa per the pictures on the resorts website.


The Namale resort also has the decks and railings as seen in the picture with Ryan, if you check out the pictures from the romance/weddings link on the Namale Resort website.
