I am in Mountain time, so I am hoping that the president and the press can wrap everything up in about an hour and twenty minutes so I can see JP's date and the rose ceremony.

This debt crisis thing has been awful, and pre-empting the Bachelorette for it just makes it that much worse!

Congress and the president should just get together and agree on something so the fans can watch the fantasy dates in peace! rose

If they would have told us they were going to do this at the beginning of the season, we probably could have sleuthed a solution to the debt crisis and avoided him having to come on tv to talk about it. :detective

It may happen again next week though for both the MTA & the Finale. They are scheduled to air right when the government deadline for default is supposed to happen. If they haven't come up with a solution before then or they come up with it at the last minute Obama will be making more speeches again interrupting the show. SO all around not good time for bachelorette to be ending, lol.
