While they both look good here, I don't know if it is the angle, but Chris didn't look like Chris to me at first, I actually had to check it twice to make sure it was him.

Why do you suppose RS thinks that ABC is not interested in televising Des and Chris's wedding?

Maybe he is still reeling from his sour grapes over being Fleissed on Des's season and I believe he said they would never last so he's been proven wrong for the outcome of Des's season twice. JMO I think I heard that he said they didn't think there would be that much interest in them or for viewers to watch their televised wedding. no idea

RS has been saying for months they'll get married but just recently heard that ABC isn't that interested in their wedding anymore. He said in his video chat that this could change but that was the latest he was hearing. He never said for sure it wouldn't be televised.

I find it really hard to believe RS's spiel. The Bachelor franchise loves touting its success stories way too much, considering they have so few, to not want to show the wedding of another successful pair. Jason and Molly, who got skewered by the public, well Jason more so, had a special for their wedding and I'm sure some people thought "who would care..." Des and Chris' season had a somewhat "controversial" ending, I don't buy that ABC and the franchise would think there would be zero interest in seeing their wedding. In any case, I know I want to see it so I'm just choosing to believe this is one more thing RS has gotten wrong about those two.

I can believe that the producers are more invested in Des and Chris as friends of theirs. Chris Harrison said a month or two back that they were looking forward to hosting their wedding "barring anything crazy."

ABC is another story, I have no idea if RS is hearing credible info, he can be hit and miss when it's not his usual area of practice. But maybe they just don't want to marry all of them anymore?

I'm kinda looking forward to a private wedding if true. Closer to their engagement party, done exactly how and with the people they want there.
