I will have a listen to RS' video blog from earlier tonight or tomorrow to see if he mentions it.

It’s been almost a year since Desiree Hartsock chose Chris Siegfried as her forever love on Bachelorette Season 9 — but up until now, we’ve heard very little about their wedding plans. We do know that the couple is still together and engaged, but have they picked out a date?

According to a recent tweet from Chris himself, that’s still a work in progress. The Seattle resident was asked by a follower this week about the Bachelor Nation couple’s plans for the nuptials. “Pls tell us your wedding date will be nailed down soon! #impatientfans #cantwait #mostaskedquestion #sorry,” the persistent fan (we swear it wasn’t us!) pried.

But if you were hoping that there might be an ABC wedding special on the near horizon for this beautiful brunette duo, we sadly have to disappoint you. Chris responded back on Twitter, writing, “Unfortunately we don't have a date yet.”

Unfortunately is an understatement! However, it’s probably wise for Des and Chris to take their time and really get used to life together before getting hitched. Sure, one year in Bachelor Land seems like an eternity, but for the rest of the world, that’s mostly just the honeymoon period. Take all the time you need, guys — just give us a wedding in 2015, please?
