Episode 8 - 7/18 Hometown dates - Discussion - Spoilers

Ok. Here's my thinking. Ash wants to know if JP can propose and he says not today ... But I'm sure he reassures her at the end of that convo. The sis doesn't think JP is right for Ash and tells her which completely devastates Ashley and Ashley calls her a ***** right to her face. Her mom may have another opinion though who knows. The kiss in the seaplane was extra hot. Nothing is gonna go wrong on their date. JMO

Once we get all the screencaps analyzed, we'll have it figured out by the end of the week! :dontworryabout

Her sister is fresh off a divorce, I wonder if she doesn't want Ashley to rush into anything.

They made it seem like Ashley was choosing her final guy because SHE fell in love with him and wants him, but he's the least popular of the F2 according to her family.

That's what I'm thinking too. Or JP still can't verbalize his feelings, so the sister doesn't think he's serious?

I agree that it seems like the family doesn't like JP but Ash will choose him because it's her life. How can you not like a man who adores your sister and wants the best for her, Christy? Crazy!

Obviously, on the west coast we have not seen this yet. I am gonna throw something out here, please be nice. What if her fam doesn't like Ben because she would move to SF, so far from them? Then it would be an ironic choice since Ben said his family's approval is important...would Ash go against her family? I know this is contrary to popular belief, but what if Ben is F1?

One thing, the previews seemed to be focused on Ashley & JP.
Regardless of how it was presented (for drama), I still think it's a
very good sign that it's really all about the two of them!

Need to listen to the preview again. I am confused. lol

I think it's pretty indicative that they're talking about JP. Ashley is wearing the same clothes as when she is hugging JP on the beach.
