Episode 8 - 7/18 Hometown dates - Discussion - Spoilers

Per Evolve FB Ben and his partner had a meeting with a grower on July 1, so as we have assumed probably no safe house for him, unless Ash was in SF LOL.

Also, confirms that TB did film at Benzinger vineyard and that it will be part of July 18 show. (HTDs)

This is correct. After the first episode, I checked out RS and at that point in time that is the information he had.

I so want JP to be the one rollerskating with Ash! How fun and cute! But I think it'll be Ben to go alone with the "he's so sweet and innocent and goofy" theme instead of JP's "attention everyone: this is a legit DUDE" theme.

Thanks. I doubt they'd have a safehouse in his hometown of SF, could be too easily followed. and Ashley flew to LA, not SF, according to tweets :D

I'm not saying she was in SF but she could have gone to LA to have her meeting with CH and it is less than an hour flight to SF..no biggie. I really don't think this happened but her flight to LA is not what makes me think that. I fly back east often and sometimes the route is through SF.

We had several sightings of him on twitter. I highly doubt he was with Ash.

I agree, but I still take the twitter sightings for all of them with a grain of salt. The July 1 meeting I believe as it was on their FB.

ETA: I am not sure about the barrel tasting with Elan. I think reason posted that, we can check with her. Again, I am not making a case for Ben as F1, I am just saying some of the assumptions based on tweets may not be accurate.

Well, Ashley looked happy when she returned to Philly so either she was with someone else or she didn't mind that Ben was gone so much. The second part is kind of hard to believe because Ash, when with her man, becomes the human equivalent of kudzu.

Oh man, I keep going back to our awesome theory that she's actually the most chill, secure, non-whiny, non-clingy girl on the planet and this is all just edit. How great would that be if Ashley was all "babe, I know you're busy, it's cool, I can take care of myself?!" Just trying to imagine all that is making me laugh. LOL.
