I feel in order for someone to be F1 their HTD should be questionable
F2's have great HTDs it's almost perfect and it's longer
F4's HTDs usually are a disaster or a turnoff

Isn't one of the other clues that you never see the lead actually leave the F1? Like Jason and Melissa spent more time afterward in his hotel or the last we saw of Brad and Emily was kissing at the door.

I forgot about that! I guess we know when we see Ashley leaving JP or Ben's HTD.

They are never seen leaving the final 1 house either the bach/ette

Roberto's dad considered his son to be a big "prize" and we never saw Ali leave.

I didn't consider Ali's HT with Berto a disaster. She was shown having a lot of fun with the family and she talked about cooking with his mother in her blog. His father did express concern to Berto that he thought of Berto as being a "catch" and whoever he ended up with should appreciate that. They always raise some kind of objection, even if it's that they don't think they are ready to settle down or something similar. Her date with Berto did go into the night and she wasn't shown leaving. With Chris, the date ended, for us at least, during daylight and Ali and Chris were shown leaving together. No objections of that date.
