NHL - NBA - MLB - Regular Season Games - Playoffs

So I got all sad when my favorite player, Anze Kopitar, left our game with a minor injury, and then I felt horrible after witnessing a Columbus Blue Jackets player, Nick Foligno, getting elbowed in the head by a ref which led to him not moving for a couple minutes. Thankfully he was alert and waving while being wheeled off on a stretcher. Just shows that injuries can go from bad to worse unexpectedly in this sport. Prayers for Foligno that he has a healthy recovery.

I heard that on the sports recap. Geesh, I too hate injuries. I feel so bad for the guys especially this early in the season. I used to watch Nick's dad play when he was with the Sabres. I feel so old when I see these younger guys who's dad's I used to watch.

Wishing a speedy recovery for both Kopitar and Foligno.

I love penalty shots when they go in your favour. Ok that's it, no more bragging, I can't jinx my game.

Oh, BTW at least the hockey regular season is interesting. The NBA regular season bores me to tears. Occasionally we get a good game, but for the most part it is an exercise in patience and without Kevin Durant playing I just don't care nearly enough right now.

It's interesting allright! My semi mouth shut is working. 2:45 left 3rd period. Lots of time but a good healthy lead.

Haha GA, I'm sick right now so I was napping for most of the game, and I'm staying at my parents house because I'm too lazy to take care of myself when I'm sick, so I woke up towards the end, walked down my stairs, and my younger brother just looks at me and goes "go back to sleep, not worth it"

I mean, I should have known our 5 game win streak was going to die at some point, especially with our #1 defenseman and #1 center out of the lineup, but it hurts getting crushed by the Leafs and Habs back to back. Real crusher. I will say though, my hate for the Habs went away for a while and was picked up again last year because of the playoffs. It makes things more fun! It makes the wins more sweet and the loses more painful.. The way it should be!

Our division is going to be very, very tight this year.

Oh I know all about those "not worth it" nights. Sorry to hear you're sick. The season is still young but yes I know every loss is painful especially after the Leafs loss. This will give them time to regroup.

Not only is PK always dressed so sharp, he is IMO one of the nicest guys in all of the NHL. Love PK!
