Could the theme of the season be "Front and centre",  can I fall in love with the dude that feels that is his bounded place ?
Seems like they (Andi's blog, the ep2 description by abc etc.) are pushing the whole Josh is he more than just a pretty face  :yellowsleptic:  angle.

Why is that a shock?  They have to build some type of story for him being Final 2 & shocked as he is when he's dumped.

I'm not saying I am shocked. Some people are still sleuthing, so I just wanted to point out how it was interesting he was featured in 3 videos and mentioned as a front runner which is unlike what they would do with a F1 IMO.

I'm finding it very convenient that we are getting these close up shots. It looks like he was being stalked. Along with the picture through the window during his HTD which I found way to creepy for my liking, it's all very suspicious to me. If he was going to family in Milwaukee why isn't there family to greet him. He's been away for a long time, you would think there would be someone there with him. How is he getting to his destination, if he lives in Chicago he wouldn't have left his car at the Milwaukee airport. If that was my son I wouldn't be sitting in the arrivals lane outside, waiting for him to come out. Very strange.

Hi GA:  Since 9/11 US airports for the most part do not allow non-passengers past a certain point.  I think it could vary from place to place, not sure, but none that I know of allow non-passengers in the gate area.  Some do at baggage claims, but we don't see Nick there, just a news photo.

As someone who flies into and out of the Milwaukee airport quite often, I can tell you that non-passnegers are allowed into the main area of the airport, basically right up to the walkway that leads to security. Non-passengers are allowed at the baggage claim area too. He is in the baggage claim area where he's standing right by the round pillar. Also, his family wouldn't be waiting in the arrivals lanes outside. They are very strict about cars not parking there. Most people park in the cell phone lot and then drive up to the arrivals lane once the person they are picking up is outside.

But I feel like I never really see that many people waiting inside for loved ones. Generally they are picked up curbside. Even when I fly home after being gone for 4+ months, whichever one of my parents that picks me up always does so curbside.

No need to be harsh I just feel like he will be hurting and he seems like a decent guy so I want to be supportive. This show chews people up and spits them out and I just feel with this video etc he is probably just feeling pretty awful right now. And he didn't get the girl so his life pretty much sucks so I just want to be supportive.

Make that 3. I have never been attracted to dark. My fav bach was Brad.Both times.

Nick will be just--fiiiiine. Seriously. The show has shrinks. They have handlers to help them through it. Plus this quiet guy will win over a lot of lady viewers in the next few months. Him not getting the girl--well it may be no big loss. Things happen for reasons and usually for the best whether we understand it or not. Nick seemed to have a great grasp of that from his phone video and didnt seem much torn up.

If the video is real then I like Nick all the more. It just shows how real he is, for once we see a non edited version of a contestant. I agree with the poster who said that he mentioned nothing about hoping to be the bachelor, nothing to the extent that he didn't care about Andi, or that he was insincere about the process in any way! He was frustrated and venting and if that is Nick at his lowest, then I think Nick is a pretty darn good guy! I hope the video is real, cause I would rather him find a nice sincere girl in the real world!

I am sure he will be fine its just this whole video thing would make you feel pretty crappy i would say but hey he is sincere he will move on i am sure.

What does everyone think he means by the bold?

I think that means she always goes for the big beefy sporty confident types (i.e. he ex boyfriend and Josh) and I think that's why she chose him. Obviously the living in the same town etc would make it easier too. Nick is not her usual type - bit shyer and more reserved and less cocky but obviously she was attracted to him. I feel like it would be hard to choose someone different to you and Nick was the harder option.
