What happened to her doggie?

^ If I remember, I thought I read the dog had an encounter with a squirrel? It was in the doggie hospital for a few days.

I may be in the minority, but I think Elan is a very handsome man and she is very pretty. Love them together.

They're one of my fav couples associated with the show, even though not from it.

three days ago Piper got attacked by some kind of animal (she was probably trying to chase it away) and she's been in the ICU since then. Today she's eating and fighting and kicking a$s and it almost makes me cry how proud I am of her for being so resilient and amazing and brave and strong. it was devastating to me and to Molly to see her in so much pain and finally, today, to see her really starting on her road to recovery, we both feel so much more hopeful. it's going to take a long time, and she's going to have to be patient, but Piper is going to be back in action, defending her castle from squirrels soon enough. we love her a lot and are proud to know her. she, like most of your dogs, is often the best part of our days, and we can't wait to have her back by @theyearofelan

Awww...what kind of dog is that?

They are the Odd Couple, but yet so well suited to each other. I am always amazed at how much she reminds me of Susan Sullivan who played her gram on Castle. Both classy women.
