Ali on the date was a bit over the top on how she felt about Tim - he said he was trying to decide if he could meet those same feelings. Their date started off really well but he looked increasingly nervous as it went on.

Date with Rochelle started off shaky but they seemed to bond over their initial talk about how scared Rochelle was, he said that Rochelle understood him and would be there to support him and he loved spending time with her.

The whole date with Anna was Tim cajoling her to open up which did not seem to happen. It seemed awkward from start to finish.

Ali was so strong and lovely when Tim let her go. Did she scare Tim off?

Next week they are in Thailand. Ring which he designed on episode tonight (they show a scene of FRC very similar looking to a Bachelor US one) is a commitment to start a journey together. There are elephant rides and a boat that looks similar to the one with the red sails that Sean and Catherine sailed. His Mum on MTP is very direct in her questioning of the girls.

iamreal - you may be right in your prediction of Rochelle, I think the question after tonigh is why did he take Anna forward? - was he scared by Ali, does he regard Anna as some sort of conquest because she gave him nothing that he wanted, were there good parts of Anna's date that we did not see or does he feel strongly about Anna after their time together and is prepared to be patient and see where it goes

My thoughts on Anna is that she still acts so young and when with her peers acts so immature and giddy. Plus can he really settle with someone who is so similar to those that was part of his hen parties. Not sure. Why the darn was Ali wearing that ring, the same ring that is here. What the darn. Glad she handled it well.

Someone wrote the following on FB so sweet. Oh Ali. I always pick the ones that are not F1. Only two exceptions: SeanCat and Jash.

Lisa Slater: Ali I just want to congratulate you on your class at the rose ceremony. Even in your moment of need you were still thinking about Tim. I agree with Tim that you are one of the strongest people I have ever seen. I have three children and I hope I have brought them up to display as much class as you did tonight. If you were the australian bachelorette they would need 50 places for guys because you would be beating them off with a stick. You should be extremely proud of yourself and nothing is surer that you will find someone who loves you (and you love in return) as much as you loved Tim. Best wishes for your wonderful future. jack

Like you iamreal2u, I don't understand why Ali was wearing that ring.

Just rewatched Ali's exit - she was so classy and eloquent but at the same time heartbroken. One of the best exits. Tim didn't say much to her but his body language touching her forehead with his and mouth on her shoulder were intimate. Tm's facial expressions and body language when he watches the girls' videos on the ipad are worth noting.

If you subscribe to the theory that the F1 receives the best fantasy date and the Australian production adhere to it, then Rochelle had the best setting for her date - but they may have just wanted to film Rochelle in her bikini!

iamreal - think you picked the best girl there, Tim just didn't think so! Friends are texting me saying Tim isn't there to find love hence he has sent the one person who could have provided him a lifetime of love away. Many of them saying they no longer want to watch.
