RS was asked in his live talk the other day if Des and Chris were going to televise their wedding, this was his response:

"Everything is pointing to Des and Chris are going to get married. It doesn't look like they're going to break up... and if they're going to get married... I've seen Des say in interviews 'we want it to be intimate and small...' look, they're going to have it on TV. They've already had their romance documented on TV, what's another thing? Doesn't make sense, it's going to be televised. And I think it's going to be in 2015."

Thanks bleu! So much to look forward to. I have heard late fall is a possibility.....we shall see! ;)

Yes they have said a late fall wedding is possible, which is nice, but I don't see it happening until after the next Bachelor has finished filming, & maybe won't air until early next year to give some of a time gap between weddings as they always do, but wait & see what Des and Chris say, might have some more information by the summer! :)

In one interview (UP) one girl asked about the date and they said that even if they had it they wouldn't be allowed to divulge...

But I'm happy that he is saying this. I mean, first every one was bashing them and know they are like "uow...they're real..."

I mean, first was Molly and Jason, them Chris Harrison and now RS...

I agree. I have a feeling it'll be a round this time next year.  :Smiley:

I think you re right! I want to see the wedding and the reception. I felt like I missed something with Sean/cat wedding. They did'nt show us the reception dance.

Actually, there were a few cameras at the reception recording and CH mentioned we will likely be shown footage at the WTA or ATFR later in JuanPa's season.

After this live wedding, I could see ABC and TPTB sticking with that much like they have stuck with the live ATFR in recent seasons.

So now RS thinks their will be a    , After Des season finish he wrote these two will not get married .
I think the show would benefit by having another successful couple
get     on TV , I'm sure two wedding six months apart will not bankrupt them .

I agree about Sean & Catherine's first dance , they could of at least showed us one minute of that instead of all the sex & no sex wasted time we didn't care to hear about .

They couldn't have shown it with the live aspect. Hence why it was filmed to most likely be shown at a later date. And even if we don't get to see the whole thing, several wedding guests were nice enough to film small portions of it and share with others.

And I still don't see ABC doing another wedding til December at the earliest, but if Des and Chris wind up married, I'm going with early 2015 as the earliest date for that. Sean and Catherine wanted to get married earlier but had to want too.

   Agree rc49ers. Ivemaria you could be onto something. Going to be an exciting year waiting to hear! I bet Des and Chris will be on the new bachelorette show giving advice and talking about their wedding. ;)
